At the time of booking you will choose the neighborhood tour that you wish to take. Please note all sites are not included in each tour, they will vary depending on the tour you choose and are detailed in the separate descriptions for each neighborhood.

Please check your meeting point carefully depending on the tour you have chosen, each tour has a different meeting point

You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours prior to departure and receive a full refund. Please note that refunds are not possible for missed tours.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
