    We purchased this and was told it is not tickets and needed to buy tickets or not enter no-one was at the meeting point walked around in the rain looking for them asked people and no-one could help Very disappointing

    We are sorry for your experience, however, please note - it is self-guided tour available via mobile app. We provided all the details in before to go section and a separate message after purchase. We haven't mentioned that a human guide will meet you, please pay more attention to the description of the service that you purchase, especially if it is a self-guided tour.
