- After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from our customer service asking you for additional transfer details such as pick up and drop off point, flight time and details - The driver will be waiting for you at the exit after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. If the driver is not there after 10 minutes of waiting please do not move from where you are and contact the customer service number on your voucher. - The driver will wait for you at the Airport for one hour, starting from the moment when the plane lands. If for several issues you are unable to leave within one hour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
