One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or eight per limousine

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I feel we were over charged for the car service we paid for. Promised an SUV that would meet us when we arrived. No SUV (two old cars), drivers were late ( story sick drivers, car would not start).
I believe I should receive some refund for my group. We could have taken Uber at a cost of $90 we paid $150.

I received a confirmation from viator for a private pick up at the airport for my family. I called the night before to confirm and was told by the transport company they could NOT pick us up. What do you do now. Reservation, confirmation and not service. They basically cancelled their reservation and did not even advise me. I had ti rent a vehicle large enough to transport the group.

Our driver was fine and courteous. However when we reached our hotel we were informed we owed an additional $13.00 above and beyond what we had paid Viator when booking. We were told this was for taxes and airport fees. Now I was prepared to leave a 17% tip to the driver, but this was not what the office was asking for. I told the Limo Representative that they needed to take it directly to Viator, that no where in the fine print did it say, after you had paid the advertised price for the trip to Viator you will now owe an additional fee of $13.00 to Limo upon your destination. The representative did say she tried to call the previous day, (although I had talked to Carmel Limo once at the time of booking and again to confirm the trip shortly before departure) but Carmel Limo needs to negotiate their fees with Viator then advertise and collect the true trip price upon booking.
