Pickup details

Travelers booking tickets with Round trip Transfer option must provide hotel/villa name and address as mandatory information required to arrange the pickup time. The pickup time will be provided based on hotel/villa location only from 7pm onwards the day before the cruise once all bookings are final for the next day.

What To Expect

Following hotel pickup, you’ll head to your waterside boarding point and embark your stylish black Hype Club catamaran boat. Then, you’ll set sail towards Coral Island—fringed by bright white sand and crystal clear waters. You’ll have ample time to swim here.

Your second stop is Racha Yai Island, where you’ll have time to snorkel among brightly colored coral and tropical marine life. After drying off, you’ll head back to the port.

A must do trip!

Fantastic, well organised trip. From start to finish it was a great trip. The staff were so helpful and the trip ran seamlessly.

Took 3 hrs return to the hotel from the pier

5 stars for the boat service but 0 star for the return transfer service arrangement! IT TOOK 3 hours from the pier to the hotel (we left 7pm and arrived the hotel at 10pm).

We would like to apologize for what happened to you. We have discussed with driver and boat crew and found that traffic yesterday was terribly packed. We will prepare more private van option to prevent this happen again in the future.

They do not allot proper seating arrangement . We are couple , they adjust us with very bad persons who continuously scold us . They repeatedly ask us to leave and take money . But after 2 pm only hype members changes our seat. Rest all is good

Fun trip with good music and food. Ideally request a private top floor bed if you can. You can stay on the boat if you don’t fancy going ashore.

We had a fantastic experience on the catamaran. The stops to swim and snorkel weren’t rushed and the scenery was incredible. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food provided was delicious and the sunbeds were a great way to travel. The dance music was fun too.

We took this boat trip on Christmas Day in 2019 ( adults only) and again this Christmas ( boxing day) with our teenage son and on both occasions came away very happy! The service is second to none and the the atmosphere on board is great! Food provided was delicious and the places visited worth every penny!

Staff and crew were great. The people on board, great. The stops and islands were awesome. The DJ did not however know what he was doing and was persistently playing old techno remixes against popular demand. He literally killed the vibe on the 2 hour return cruise back.

Fun but painful

The music was good and the overall atmosphere was super fun! They do their best to accommodate diets and there was plenty of food, seating, etc. Coral Island was beautiful. We boarded a speedboat from the Hype boat to reach the beach. However, we were not given our shoes back before we arrived at the beach. This created an issue when we had to go back onto the blue floating walkway to get to the speedboat (which was the very last one) because the walkway was boiling hot. It was very painful and i’m sure everyone on that boat bonded that day over having burned feet. This is why i’ve taken off a star. Word of advice: Ask for your shoes back before you step foot onto the beach!

Don’t get on this boat unless you want to be scammed and starved for 6 hours. Horrible service!! My friend and I booked this after seeing some ads on Instagram but we were shocked. They provided us with absolutely no lunch even though they stated they would in the booking details. When we asked the staff they said they had already served it and all the food had run out. Totally unacceptable! At least stock enough food for your passengers who paid $$$ for it. Staff were so rude. Horrible experience, never again.

One of the best experience in Phuket for us. They went ahead and arranged vegetarian food of our group (as requested in advance). Crew were great, well trained and extremely helpful. Pickup- on time, as mentioned! Seating- excellent and spacious. Food- good Drinks- good range, chilled beer (paid) Activities- coral island- nice and serene island with crystal clear water. The nxt island is for snorkelling. They provide snorkelling equipment. Although weather was rough, they waited for us to experience the fun. Return- on time back to dock and drop to hotel. Overall it was the best experience for all of us.

A very nice trip. Would recommend the upper deck lounge. A bit more privacy than downstairs. Also if you don’t like loud music the upper deck is a must. Also the staff was very friendly.

Das war einzigartig enttäuschend, obwohl wir bei der Anfrage geschrieben hatten, das wir mit der AIDA unterwegs sind hat uns keiner darüber informiert wie lange der Ausflug dauert und wir daran nicht teilnehmen können. Transfer war mitgebracht und keiner holte uns ab.
