This tour was fun. The sea kayaking through the sea cave was my highlight. So much fun and the guide paddling was funny. The area is so beautiful. We started the tour late since people before us didn't arrive on time. The company was great, apologized and paid our entrance fee to the park even though it wasn't their fault.

There was to much rushing, for example the muslims village needed more time to explore and lunch but they only give us 45 min with telling us 10 times that if you are late you have to go back by yourself , we are supposed to do free kayaking but was not done and to many people in the boat > 30 person

Though there were lots of tourists but we manage to have a good photo at Maya Bay and James Bond Island. Our van was very hot. The driver was rough. Lunch not good.

This was a very interesting experience. We went to the temple in a cave, the James Bond island, went on a small boat through the islands, and went to the Muslim floating village. Our tour guide was very informative and explained everything. If you are being picked up in Karon, the bus ride was about an hour long to the temple, then another trip to the marina before the boat tour.

Overall we had a lot of fun. I had to take one star off as It was very confusing about hotel pickup. I wish there was only the list of hotels pre mentioned as complimentary pick up option. It would have been better if there was separate list of hotels which needed extra pick up charge next to it so there is no last minute additional charges. Also we wasted 2 hrs as we had to go pickup other people who were in a separate direction than us and the pier. We were a group of nine people with kids and it was really tiring for kids. So instead of 45 minutes one way we were in the van for 2hrs until we reached pier. On website the tour was supposed to start at 9 am but it really started at 12 pm. So it was really misleading. It said full day but it was done in 3-4 hrs so felt were were rushed in for everything. The places were beautiful. The tour we booked didn’t have canoe option and we got the tour that had canoe. We were expecting to go and hike in national park. Even though we all enjoyed that part of the day I wished we had more clarity on what we were going to do so we could prepare Better. Hope that information helps others.

Decepcionante e frustrante

Comprei o passeio em cima da hora, mas tinha horario e data disponivel na Viator. Então liguei para a operadora local para confirmar se estava tudo ok, inclusive o local, informando novamente o endereço onde deveriam nos buscar e levar de volta, ja q o transfer estava incluido, e tudo me foi confirmado. Somos uma familia com criança pequena, tomamos cafe correndo bem cedinho, fizemos check out do quarto do hotel antecipado (iríamos trocar de quarto) e nao apareceram no horario marcado. Então liguei, entrei em contato, me falaram q o grupo ja tinha ido e o passeio ja estava lotado para aquela data. “Fully booked today, sorry” como solução, tentaram transferir pra outro dia, mas eu ja estava com hotel e transfer agendado para ir pra outro lugar. Depois de muitas ligações cobrando uma providência, pedindo soluções, tentando viabilizar uma forma de nao perder o dia programado, sem sucesso, exigi meu reembolso e eles estornaram o valor no meu cartão. Pelo horario , nem q eu fosse por conta propria ao pier pagando um transfer e tentando fazer o passeio com outra empresa, ja nao seria possivel por causa do horario. Se nao era possivel, informassem antes. Alem disso, perdi muito tempo tentando resolver. Tive problemas pra voltar pro meu quarto, ja que eu tinha feito check out, pois ja tinham oferecido um early check in pro outro hospede e isso me gerou mais um transtorno. Isso tudo com uma criança pequena. E por sorte consegui reservar outra atividade pra tarde, pq a manhã toda eu perdi tentando resolver esse problema. Um grande estresse num momento onde vc so quer curtir e se divertir. Compre com bastante antecedência e confira tudo antes ou nao compre para nao ter surpresas de ultima hora. Minha experiência foi muito decepcionante, nao cheguei a fazer o passeio, nem nessa data e nenhuma outra, visto q ja tinhamos outra programação pros outros dias.

Because of technical issue we receive booking at the last minute and we are totally in difficult situation. We are working to short it out, I will request to do booking at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any last minute situation, as you have mentioned that we have refunded your booking so thanks for providing us an opportunity but we really missed it. regards

Sie haben Vor Ort noch Geld in Bar von mir genommen für den Transport, obwohl ich einen kostenlosen Transport gebucht hatte. Der eine Stern ist für die Kanu fahrt, die relativ gut war. Ansonsten ist die James bon Insel nichts besonderes und es sind insgesamt 4 stunden für die Busfahrt vergangen.

Pouco tempo no destino principal (James Bond Island). Parada na gruta do Buda deitado desnecessária. Transfer longo (2hs) sem parada para água ou banheiro.

Expérience très décevante. 3h de van non annoncées. Un groupe de 42 personnes et aucunement un « petit groupe ». Guide qui est simplement une organisatrice (avec porte voix) qui ne fourni aucune explication sur les lieux. Nous aurions fait différemment si nous avions su.
