Get picked up from your hotel in Phuket Town, Patong, Kata and Karon Beach. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay at another location please come to the meeting point at Rassada Port in the south of Phuket Town 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Pickup times per zone: • Karon Beach: 06:45 / 10:45 • Kata Beach: 06:30 / 10:30 • Patong Beach: 06:50 / 11:00 • Phuket Town: 07:50 / 11:30

They forgot to pick us up at our hotel so we waited for 45 minutes at the lobby then they told us they were not coming and to find our own ride to the pier with a time to be there by (which gave us no room to even find a taxi). Our hotel front desk saved us by finding us a quick ride. Stressful travel
