    We were picked up very early then kept waiting for nearly two hours at the harbour before bording. The crew and guide were helpful with my wife who has mobility problems. In spite of the fact that the paperwork from Viator clearly stated transport included they insisted on charging an extra 400 Bht for the taxi.

    DeeDee was our tour guide, they made everything from start to finish seamless. We always felt included and supported in trying new things on each island and was always looked after! A memorable day! Thank you all from 2x happy Aussies!

    Snorkling stops. The lunch on phi phi was horrible. It was so hot and strong thst we could not eat. Had to buy our owm lunch.

    Meh… let me just say don’t bother with the scuba diving or long boat they are not worth the extra. On the bright side maya bay is nice to look at besides the hoards of tourists pumping in and out. And as others have said the last island is just to try squeeze whatever money you may still have left, and spend an unnecessary amount of time there

    Too much blabla at the beginning. Last Island just, for business and drinks, is not needed, and really to long 45mn. All of those times could be used to have more time for visits.

    Yes unforgettable. Driver show up 35 minutes later, call the company no answered! Customer service at Viator only via text, what Start day very poor management still on the brite side “”” tour guide “” YO-YO”” kudos to you!!! Brave and sweetheart!! Because her wisdom made me feel better.

    We did the booking almost a day before how ever everything went off smoothly. Had a fabulous time swimming in Crystal clear water beautiful beaches plenty of time to spend in each island. Very helpful people on board the ferry giving helping hand to elderly. It was well spent tour.

    Do not book for snorkeling, islands are beautiful.

    Do not book for snorkeling, the spots are not very good. At the start of the trip they will try to sell you a long boat tour for snorkeling, this is $50 each and isn't any good either. Also they will try to sell you swimming shoes bit they are double price. $12. Hey before you go. If you have a snorkel these shoes are not necessary for the last beach as you can easily see the sea bed. It's a reasonable trip to see the beauty of the islands food is good too. Overall not bad. We paid $75 for 2 people as we had a discount code. If we had paid full price we would have been disappointed as they don't take you to the best places for snorkeling. Maya bay was good, even tho you cannot swim you can go in upto your knees. Also we saw baby sharks. Hope this helps Steve and Ginette

    Not sure what all the negative reviews are about their organization. It is very well organized. Every boat gets a colored band so we know which boat is which. They go far and beyond with the food and the excursions. "Only" by speedboat could you actually go on the beaches and Maya Bay, because big boats cannot dock close by. We got to see 5 islands in this case, because it's fast and efficient.

    Amazing trip. No catch at all and the staff are really helpful and polite. Loved the fact that it was boiling hot and drinks were provided throughout. We got to see the main islands in one trip which was great

    lot of chages od the schedule, Maya bay was not visited at all even if we paid for national park fee all the places we visited were with unclean see water

    Funny but organized and caring tour guide. The speedboat is tiring. 12 hours spent on from pick up to getting back home, however, 8-9 hours on the move, net 2-3 hours experience and an hour lunchtime.
