Phuket can be a crazy place, but our pickup from hotels and airports etc were all done by Viator and were easy, this company was all good.

20 minutes later en the last pick up time, nothing said, unkind, the driver ate something on the ride, not save driving. I didt not get any contact to the local phone number I got from Viator.

After calling to confirm pickup, receiving a text confirmation and a message left with our hotel, our driver never showed. We paid in advance and had to pay for the hotel taxi to take us. We waited 30 mins past our assigned time. The staff at the Hilton attempted to contact the company but were unsuccessful. Fortunately the hotel got us a taxi who was able to get us to the airport in time for our flight. I have not yet requested our refund but will be shortly. Incredibly disappointing and would have been completely stuck if not for the hotel staff.

We were picked up on time and delivered to the airport without any trouble, the car was modern and very clean. I would recommend this service to anybody who wants a hassle free transfer.

The departure from our Hotel to the airport was unsatisfactory. We were told in the fine print to be ready 15 mins before pickup. The tour guide and driver were 30mins late so we were waiting 45mins for them. We were about to arrange a taxi to the airport but they arrived as we were at the reception counter.
They then proceeded to take us to the airport via small narrow country roads instead of the highway. This resulted in very heavy traffic congestion at numerous townships.
They then overtook buses and cars at high speeds, over unbroken lines with no vision of on-coming traffic to try to make up a few minutes. This was totally unsafe and made us feel as if we would crash and never make the airport.
They only get 1 star because we finally made it to the airport alive and still able to checkin.
The tour company in the past has provided good service but they need to sack the guide and driver used on this occassion.
We would be reluctant to use them again
