    **Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

    • For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
    • Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
    • Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
    • Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
    • Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    They never came!!!!! I stood outside for an hour and half! Nobody showed up and the number provided just rang out! I had to pay a taxi double the price! Horrible I do not recommend!

    Got to the pickup location and this company was nowhere to be found and did not answer the phone after multiple attempts to call. Locals were even trying to help and call and NO ANSWER! We ended up using another service & will be getting my money back from this one. Would not recommend.

    USE THIS SERVICE!!! Flight from Dallas was delayed several times and didn't land in Cancun until after 10PM. The original pickup time was 830PM. If your flight gets delayed, call them and they will adjust your pickup. I didn't expect the driver to be there until 11 (due to delays) but he was right outside with a sign with my name. This is a great service and staff. Highly recommend!!!

    Our flights were delayed. We called to keep company appraised of delays. They were SO accommodating. Company still has driver waiting at Cancun airport with a sign with my name on it. Excellent service. As long as you, as a customer, do your part and update along the way, they work with you. Highly recommend this service.

    I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The pickup to go TO the airport was fine, but “the most memorable part” of this purchase experience was being stranded at the airport upon anrrival after immigration took nearly 2 hours due to broken machines. Instead of being proactive and coordinating another ride for us, when I called as soon as we were out of immigration, the company let me know that our ride could only wait 1 hour, had left and no one else was available to drop us to our hotel now or in the future over the next couple hours. We then had to spend an additional $120 USD in top of the near $200 USD spent with a different taxi service at the airport to safely get us from point A to point B. Knowing some Spanish and having manners literally SAVED us. In short: it will take longer than 1hr to get through immigration and it’s a scam as the airport will not allow taxis to stay longer than 1 hour. We were out the money we sent coordinating this transportation and would only be able to use 50% of the service we paid for because it was a roundtrip purchase. When I called again a day or so later, the DISPACTHER/CUSTOMER SERVICE said the COMPANY would not give us a refund for the first leg of our RT purchase, BUT that THEY would issue a refund on their behalf. I reached out via message after returning home and they haven’t responded. Refund was never issued. They didn’t care and left us for dead to figure it out and pay more money on top of the near $200 we paid. They didn’t care about us, didn’t attempt to coordinate anything on our behalf once they determined immigration was having a problem. That’s not the customer service you trust when traveling abroad. I would NEVER book with this company again. Ya’ll when I say they didn’t give a d*mn about us: they didn’t even call to see if we landed OR that we ever actually made it to our hotel! They took the money and ran.

    I have never had a bad experience using Viator! And I have learned my lesson from my last trip. The resort offered free round trip transportation so I decided to use it. Normally I book private transportation with Viator for my family. This time since I traveled alone I thought I would use the free service offered. Well you get what you pay for! I was not picked up from the airport and had to pay $120 to get to the resort and my departure ride was scheduled for 7:45 am and my flight was at 2:43 pm. I contacted Viator and my problem was solved! My driver arrived on time, the vehicle was clean, the ride was smooth! Everything was great! Not once have I been disappointed with any ride in Jamaica, Cancun, or DR using Viator! There representative has always made contact shortly after booking and again to confirm everything a day before service.

    The hotel service was great, the place was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff was polite and very nice. The shuttle coordinator Jorje was nice and helpful. The driver came on time at 3:00am to pick us up, he was professional, polite and helped us with our luggage’s. He also drove safely.
