**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

  • For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
  • Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
  • Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
  • Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
  • Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our flight was delayed for 7 hours, however they were very understanding and kept in communication with me throughout the day. Adrian, our driver messaged me as soon as I landed so I wouldn’t be worried about not having my ride waiting.

We got out the airport and walked to the margaritavill and so many people approached us. Our flight was early and the new immigration system was fast. I called the number and 2 mins someone had a sign with our names. It was a smooth drive we went to playa del Carmen from Cancun. We’ll definitely book on our way back.

You canceled my transfer as I was getting on my plane and I had to scramble at midnight to find another way to get to my hotel. There are at least 20 companies here doing exactly what you do and it’s extremely disappointing that you couldn’t find another one of the 100 cars and bans that drove by me to help me. Very disappointed.

The driver did not show up at the airport. The transportation company canceled and left 4 girls stranded at the airport. The reason for the transportation was to have secure transport to the resort. We did get a refund but they should have done more.

The driver Hugo was there upon arrival. He was very nice on the way to the resort. The ride and his driving was great. No issues at all. Also had soft relaxed playing music. I would definitely recommend Viator.

Late pickup with no notice

Driver was 45 minutes late and no one at the office pick up the phone or responded to my WhatsApp messages. The excuse was that there was traffic but we hired private transport, it just wasn’t properly scheduled within the company.

They allowed me to book the day before and then canceled after I was in the air. I saw the cancellation after I reached out to locate the driver. I ended up taking a taxi.

Driver went to the wrong hotel Did not pick us up. Help desk was not helpful. Spent over $400 and got no experience. DO NOT USE! Ruined my whole vacation!

0 stars!!! My pickup time was 8am & I kept getting a confirmation for 9am. I sent 3 emails to correct this and still no one showed up. We waited until 8:30 & had to call a cab. I also attempted to call as well as the hotel front desk & no one answered!! Also, when we got picked up from the airport the car & driver were excellent!! I had to pay an additional $60 because the carrier said the hotel was farther than indicated by Viator. Our total experience was HORRIBLE!! I expect a total refund fo the trip from the hotel to the airport since no one ever showed up!! We will NEVER use Viator again & will advise all friends & family to do the same!!! Thanks for screwing up an otherwise perfect vacation!!!
