Don’t walk, RUN! All Gluten Free cooking class!

This was an EXCELLENT cooking class! Chef, Manuel and Angelo were great hosts. It was just my family and the intimate setting, with inside “secrets” was an experience you don’t always get. I hope this cooking class continues to be offered because it’s the only all gluten free cooking class. Just wonderful!

This was an amazing trip for myself and my wife. We booked it not knowing what to expect and as an activity to partly fill a day. It is expensive. However, our guide shared lots of interesting facts about lemon growth, the first flower, second etc. We were able to cut our own lemons and were later driven to a restaurant where a Chef prepared our lunch for us using these lemons. My wife is Coeliac, and great care was taken in the food preparation. We enjoy risottos’s at home, but have never tasted one so delicious using only four ingredients! The lemon spritz was lovely, decent wine as well, and nice lemon cello. This trip exceeded expectations, go for it!

Matteo provided us with a fantastic overview on lemon farming in Sorrento. We then had the opportunity to harvest our own lemons that would be used in our meals later on. Geppi, our chef, was absolutely fantastic and so fun to talk to. My wife and I cannot recommend this experience enough, we will definitely be back!
