Beautiful location but the tour was very average

Beautiful location, but the tour felt very rushed. Although it was a private tour the driver/guide did not attempt to personalise the tour. He rushed us through the town without giving us time to stop and appreciate anything. There was no chance to explore and take it in. He rushed us into sights that he thought were good, but would not have been our choice to see if we had been given the chance to have input into the day. It was not necessary for him to accompany us around the museum and then stop and read every sign (that were in English so we could read them ourselves). It would have been much more pleasant if we had been allowed to explore on our own for a while. We were not even given time to look in the gift shops in the town. The driver was polite, but not professional as he drank alcohol at lunch and then drove us back to Prague.

Dear Christine, I feel very sorry that the tour didn t reach your expectations. Our driver/guide Roman wanted to show you as much as possible before darkness / the tour was in the beginning of January and it is getting dark very early/. He took you also to the Unesco village Holasovice, which is not normally part of the program. It is a pity you didn t tell him that you would prefer more time for shopping or beeing of your own than exploring the Castle museum in details. During lunch he had non alcoholic beer. Great visit to Cesky Krumlov

Petr was an excellent guide and we had a great trip to Cezky Krumlov. Really enjoyed the flexibility and convenience of the private tour, and being able to spend time in the places of most interest to us. Highly encourage anyone to go and see this beautiful village and castle, and learn a little bit more about this beautiful country.

The scenery, particularly in Cesky Krumlov was very lovely. Unfortunately, it started to rain during lunch time. But our Guide Tomas managed to keep us in good spirits and interested. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour we had a great time.

The best thing about the trip was exceptional knowledge of our guide. Vaclav was able to give us information on the drive from Prague, and on the way home. The history, the history of the area was exceptional, current information on the country, politics, and general information about the world was more information I said, Jessica Krumlov than we ever could have received from books. we have been traveling for 40 years and he might be the best died that we have ever had anywhere. Czech Krumlov is a definite place to visit.

The best part of the trip was that we were given plenty of time to explore the entire area at our own pace. Additionally, the castle tour included in the itinerary was a delightful surprise. Our guide Lenka was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Her car was comfortable and clean. On the way to Cesky Krumlov, she pointed out important sights and gave us background history of Prague and the Czech Republic. Once we arrived, we went at a good but manageable pace through the grounds and the City. She gave us great information as we went along. She arranged a tour for us in the Palace in English. She also made a reservation for lunch for us at a very good restaurant with a view. We highly recommend this tour and tour guide guide Lenka.

An absolutely perfect tour. LucyTours did it again, they are the absolute best (we have done 2 tours through them now and there was no comparison to other tour companies). Beautiful little town

What a great tour! It's a three hour drive from Prague to Cesky Krumlov but what a great experience with Jan our tour guide who made even the drive fun and interesting. We ate an amazing lunch at a restaurant that Jan recommended to us, which is not included, but was worth every penny. Jan guided us through the city and not only gave us excellent recommendations for Prague but for Vienna and Budapest that we were going to visit later in the trip.
