Loved the Bone Church and St. Barbara’s!

This was an awesome tour! The bone church was amazing. St. Barbara’s Church was beautiful, and the town was lovely. Our guide was excellent - she was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have never in my 55 years of life been as disappointed in a tour as I was with this one. Because of this, I cancelled another tour I had paid for via Viator. The reason for this disappointment was the awful and obnoxious guide we had. She yelled at us on more than one occasion. Yelled for simple things like asking to use the Toilet! And anytime we approached her, we did so with respect and in low voices and she seemed to find it absolutely appropriate to yell out her response for the entire area to hear. Also, she rushed us through the whole trip as if we were on the "incredible race" and might possibly win a million dollars at the end! The bus ride there and back took 50% more time than we should have and no one said anything to us, no apologies, nothing. To top it off the bus driver thought it would be nice to cut off the air on the way back and the only windows that open were his and the guides. Thus making the trip back a sort of SAUNA HELL. At the end, I left the bus without saying thank you, and this is a first for me as I ALWAYS say thank you. In addition, this was the first time in my 55 years of life that I do not tip the guide of a tour. I cannot even say that the location and its beauty made me forget the manner in which I was treated. Extremely disappointed. :-(

Horrible guide

Well, this was our second day trip in Prague and it was worse than the first. I don't know if we got unlucky or if it's cultural, but we've cancelled our third trip because we're so disappointed. Again, no clear instructions at all from the guide. The trip to there was 30 mins longer than they said, but no bathroom stops were offered. When we arrived in Kutna Hora, and the guide was standing in line to buy our tickets, we asked if she could point in the direction of a public restroom. She YELLED that she couldn't get out of line to show us and we had to wait. The entire area heard her. She YELLED at us again inside the church for stepping away from the group to take a picture. Then gave the group 30 mins of free time to take pix, shop, get coffee, find the bathroom and get back to the bus. BUT, she had never told us to remember where the bus dropped us off, so many of us had not taken notice since we had no clue we'd be on our own for a short time. At the end of the trip, the ride home was again 40 mins longer than planned, no bathroom stops offered, and the bus driver kept the air off while we were stuck in traffic but had his own window open so he could have fresh air. I did not see a single guest tip either one of them. It is the first time ever that I have not tipped. EVER
