    • Please note: This is the only such "visitable" underground space in Prague for guided tours. It takes around 20 minutes (!) and the rest of the Old Town Hall interior tour are its historic halls - above ground.
    • Please note: This is a combined „package“ type of experience, you will meet two different guides – one is our own, the second is Old Town Hall’s official guide. This way, you get two different locals’ perspectives.
    • For parents with toddlers: please bring a carrier instead of a stroller
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers

    We really enjoyed this tour and tour guides were very knowledgeable. The only thing that would have made me give it 5 stars was if the guides talked more about the astronomical clock. The title of the tour mentions it but very little of the tour discusses its history. What little was discussed wasn’t even in front of the clock. Otherwise, great tour.

    How can you sell tickets when there is no concert?

    I bought a ticket to go to the Jazz club at 7 o’clock in Prague. When a bunch of us got there, the doors were closed and there was no concert. I paid for the ticket and I want my money back. This was Christmas Eve December 24.

    Vladimir was out guide, he was knowledgeable of the area and history. The clock tower was great to go in. The underground part was cool, but just under the governmentbuilding with the clock tower.

    Johana is an amazing guide. The advice to explore the passageways and go off the beaten path, is great advice. This was my favorite tour. Know this is a 2 part tour. Once you get to the clock, you are switched to a formal tour inside. The trip up to the tower is amazing. This is 3 hours.

    Johana was our tour guide. She was patient, knowledgeable and engaging. I learned a lot about Prague’s history and old town. I felt I was back in time. I had so much fun and would highly recommend this tour.

    Michael, first guide on the walk, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about things off the beaten path. The whole excursion was a little too long. We left most of the way through the Old Town Hall because we were tired. The guide did fine.
    Not a real clock tour

    The guides were good, but this was sold as an astronomical clock tour! If you want to know about the clock don't buy this trip. Very little was said about the clock, in fact the only thing our first guide said about the clock is that it was a disappointment. I think you need to know what it does in order to be impressed. With our second guide we were able to see the rotating saints and she talked a bit about how they are portrayed with what killed them. But nobody really talked about the clock. It was recommended to buy a brochure.

    Great to hear this :) We operate about 7 different tours, but this one has a lot of different aspects - Old Town, Jewish Quarter, Charles bridge, Old town hall and its underground + the Old town hall tower.     Not the tour I expected

    Not the tour I was expecting. It was to be Charles Bridge and the Astronomical clock. We were rushed across the bridge and taken through the back streets of Prague ending up at the clock. I wanted to have time to take photos on the bridge. The clock was interesting but did not get to go up into the tower as I had thought was part of the tour.

    Dear Rose. Well I`m not totally sure you did a tour with our company as we start on the other side of Charles bridge and visit underground of the bridge, we are not crossing it. Also during our part in the Town Hall, the entrance to the tower is included in the ticket, so it is a bit weird. Hope you enjoyed Prague anyway :) Jakub
