Important pick up / transfer details: - the pick up can be provided 10-45 minutes before the the tour with regard to the distance of your accommodation from the meeting point (Na Poříčí 42 - hotel Grandior) and traffic situation - if the booked option includes hotel pick-up, confirm the pick-up details no later than the day before the excursion. - in the case of a reservation on the same day, immediately after the reservation, please contact us at the provided emergency phone (by call, SMS, or WhatsApp). This phone can also be used if you have not received information about the pick-up, you cannot find your taxi, or your guide - if the pick-up location is within 1km of the meeting point (Na Poříčí 42, hotel Grandior), you will be offered pick-up by the guide, who will walk with you to meeting point

What To Expect
