Wonderful

The castle is wonderfully preserved and beautiful. Also loved St. Vitus Cathredal which took 700 years to build and reflected the changing architectural styles. Viatar’s skip the line was great for 2 reasons: 1. You didn’t have to wait for your tickets which saved us at least 20 minutes; and 2. The representative who met us gave us a brief overview then suggested some “don’t miss” things to see. All in all a worthwhile investment.

Excellent! Our guides were visable with the blue and white umbrellas. No need to queue for tickets because they already had them. Lots of information given about the Castle and you could go back to them at any point. An absolute must when visiting Prague to go to the Castle.

The Prague castle is entirely overrated and was a very disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and invest your money and time on anything better.

Mis-sold! It doesn’t allow skip in line! You join the same line for all public, over-charged. Do not buy from Viator. They rip you off! But from direct from the venue instead

Skip the Line ticket was a great help in getting in faster and having a short intro to the castle. Also was able to use it the next day to enter the Cathedral. Got to it too late the first day. Well worth the trip back!

Steve was great in presenting the overview. Crowds were crazy today, but we had a wonderful visit to the castle and churches. Loved that we were on our own to tour. Would 💯 recommend.

Total rip-off. 10 minutes of a guide rattling through introduction to castle, before you walk around the castle complex yourself. Really not worth the extra money spent. Also there wasn’t a queue so don’t buy into that this ticket gets you first in line. False advertising

The tour was self guided. Although they offer an audio guide with your ticket that you can download, there was a problem and we weren’t able to get the audio guide. We ended up having to pay extra to get one at the Castle. We would’ve been better off just getting the tickets directly from the Castle.

The lines can be long to get into the castle so this was a good way to see it. They gave you an overview and brief history and explained the layout of the buildings. This is a must see if you are in Prague.
It Was Not What We Thought We Paid For

Because we were emailed a "voucher" for the actual tickets, we had to locate the tour guide to secure the tickets (which was not easy given the crowds at the site). Furthermore, there was no "skip the line" for the tickets, as there was only one point of entrance (which meant standing in line with people who just bought their tickets). As a result, we were unable to enter and tour St. Vitus Cathedral due to the very long lines of people who paid less for their tickets to see the cathedral.
Disappointed in Visitor's "policy"

We were not able to experience this tour as my husband had an accident, and we had to take him to urgent care. I cancelled our reservation so the tour guide would know we would not be there. I understood that there is no refund if you cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, and accepted our loss under the circumstances. However, after confirming my husband was ok, I reached out to Viator (3 hours before the scheduled tour time) to let them know we would be able to attend after all. They said the time was still available, but we would have to purchase tickets again. This made absolutely no sense. They had already charged us for the tickets, and then wanted to charge again? Needless to say, we did not go to the tour, and were very disappointed.
A good alternative for a full guided tour

A good alternative if you don't want a guide OR to rent the audio portion BUT not great if you actually want to understand the history, story, etc. It was perfect for what we were interested in and we did purchase this groups 5 EURO guide that was down loadable but not easy to follow since their numbered stations were different than the numbered stations on the formal, Palace guides/Audio hosted tour. If you have teenagers, small children, not a lot of time or patience to walk room to room and listen and understand everything, this is a great way to go. A quick 20 minute intro and then you are off on your own to enter all of the most important parts of the Castle
