Mind blown

Absolutely stunning! We were picked up and swept away into a glowing lagoon. A must experience! Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable and the stars and bioluminescence were magical

A very nice activity but it started with a 48 min late pick up!

The pick up came 48 min after the pick up time. I was ready to leave. And the pick up place and the place showing in the directions (map) were different (about 60 m) so that’s confusing. The experience would’ve gotten a higher rate if it wasn’t for the late pick up. The boat ride and swimming in the dark were great. It’s just a shame that I had to start the activity irritated. Viator was in contact with me earlier that day and I responded, but they never replied back to me. And also I sent messages while waiting for the pick up. Asking for how long should I wait? Is the pick up coming? Am I in the wrong place? They still hasn’t replied to me, so next time, if I can choose, I’m gonna choose another booking agent.

Swimming in bioluminescent water was really an experience. Communication was fluent. However, we had to wait more than 45 mins for the boat to arrive.

I did not expect to swim in the luminescent water. This experience was quite magical. The boat operator was very professional and safe. She allowed quite a bit of time in the water. All together, fantástico!

This was an amazing experience! Swimming under the stars in the lagoon was a special experience - the bioluminescence was incredible :-) Pick-up was on time and we’ll-organised. Ernesto was a great guide - very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff, spoke English just for me(!), and even agreed to pick me up from my lodgings! Couldn't ask for more. The experience was exactly as expected - a bioluminescent lake where you were given around 30 minutes to enjoy the experience 😁

Excellent. Went in Nov after the bioluminescence peaks, but it was still so bright. Recommend going on a moonless or cloudy night. Unlike other reviews noted, this tour was in Spanish and English.

Very well organised, our driver picked us up on time and explained what the tour entailed. The experience itself was fascinating as we were glowing in the water whilst we swam for around 30 minutes.

A tour for Spanish speakers

Swimming in the bioluminescence was a great experience. However, as I don't understand Spanish, this tour felt more like just transportation to me. So if it is the same for you I would recommend you to find another agency. Please be mindful of the seasons. I was a bit disappointed that taking pictures of the bioluminescence wasn't possible during this time.

They have some kind of inflatable tent that will allow you to see the bioluminescence perfectly (the only one in the lagoon!). We really recommend this experience, just please note that the boat driver can’t speak English and the explanation will be in Spanish, but even if you can’t speak Spanish is 100% worth it!!!

A fun experience

This is a great tour. It's magical to swim at night in the warm water and to have the bioluminescence light up as you move. Really enjoyed it and our guide did a great job pointing out birds that nest in the trees near the lagoon.
