    We do it in three schedules by choosing, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm or from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. We pick you up directly from your hotel. Remember! your hotel has to be in the center of the city, if not, and your hotel is: Libertador, Posada, Xima or other remote Do not worry! We can send you a mobility for an additional cost.

    Awful experience. They never showed up and I waited for more than an hour at the meeting point. Tried to call and text them in WhatsApp, just got ignored even though they saw my messages. Wasted valuable time in Puno and weren't able to see the islands then.

    The tour guide never showed up, I also received no contact from them. Luckily, I was able to re-book through my hostel. I am now in the process of receiving a refund.

    Trata-se de um teatro, mas é agradável e divertido. Na visita à ilha flutuante falamos com famílias que, supostamente, moram na ilha (com certeza vivem noutro lugar e talvez nem sejam parentes entre eles). Explicam com humor e leveza como se fazem as ilhas flutuantes, e a história do povo. E, claro, tentam vender as peças artesanais, mas são tão bem dispostos que dá gosto participar no teatro e comprar souvenirs.

    A agência de turismo nunca apareceu, mesmo que no dia anterior confirmou o passeio e horário de busca, mas simplesmente nos deixou plantados. Todos os telefones desligados e foi incapaz de dar alguma satisfação
