It was a very seamless transfer to and from the airport to the resort and vice versa. Our driver, Michael, was very personable and genuinely kind. He even coordinated with me for an earlier pickup to go to the airport. I would highly recommend using Punta Cana transfers.

I wouldn't say I had a memorable experience. Trying to make a change in the pick up time was a nightmare. Communication was not great and Viator did not follow up with any emails for my request for the change, so I spent my last vacation up all night worrying if I was going to get to the airport on time. Confirmation came too late the prior evening to get help. So disappointed.. the pick up from the airport went fine though once you found out where to locate your ride.

This is unfair, you know that he writes to you to confirm the pick-up time and you answered me at 11:30 pm... then since I woke up, why was I already asleep at the time you answered? I saw that you wanted the 8:30am pickup and we immediately made the change. It's not fair that you want to hurt me that way. Good day

The driver picked you up at your hotel and you never left at the agreed time. We have a limited time of 15 minutes due to the demand we have from clients. The driver was 10 minutes before his time. That was your responsibility. Thank you.

It was easy to pay for Private Punta Cana Airport round trip transfer to Punta Cana hotels. Mine was Royalton so no extra fee for mileage. It was a bit weird at the airport. Had to go all the way to the exit and next to the curb and still didn't see the Punta Cana Transport sign. I asked someone and they pointed to a small sign next to other signs. Talk to a Punta Cana Transport person and after waiting about 5 minutes, they directed us to our driver. It is a van that fits all 4 of us comfortably and plenty of cargo space for our 5 lugagges. It can easily sit another 4 persons. The rest of the transport was uneventful. And we got to our hotels in about 35 mins. Our return trip arrived right at the time we requested and this van accommodate my family and luggages just fine, but we are missing 2 seatbelts and the other 2 seatbelts doesn't lock in the buckle. I do wish the communication with Punta Cana Transport was easier and more responsive. I have to initiated all of my communications. I contacted them via the Viator app to find out more details on where to meet at the airport and how to find my driver. Then they respond with a text message and also a WhatsApp message. I replied to both after I make my connection flight but no response until I updated them on my connection flight changes 2.5 hours later. At that point we stayed communicating in WhatsApp. To arrange the return trip, again, I had to initiate and contacting them first with a text message and then a WhatsApp message to the same # they responded before. There was no responses for 2.5 hours until I messaged them again on the Viator app. Would be nice if they can proactively contact the customer 24-hr before the flight to provide detail and reconfirm the pickup time and location. I provided all of the pickup and return time and locations when I purchased the round trip on Viator.

Pick up from the airport was a little weird - but it worked out ok. We went to designated location and couldn't find sign (Punta Cana Transport messaged me a sign to look for) or Erika (person we were told to look for on whatsapp) I asked airport employee who said "ooh I will find her" and left. He came back shortly and said "She isn't here but her brother is" and we were directed to her brother. Her brother called around and said our transport would be there soon. It was a bit of a wait which was a little frustrating because we really wanted to get to our resort ASAP. Once they arrived, ride was air conditioned and efficient. Given the small issues with airport transfer, I was VERY worried about the return trip. I confirmed on whatsapp our pick up date and time. After getting no response, I messaged once more and they did respond. Then, I got a separate message from Michelle of XD transport. No idea how it got switched to another company but they had our details and said they would pick us up! Excellent communication and experience with Michelle. Michelle met us right at our pick up spot at hotel and we were off. Overall - I would recommend this service, although I am not sure if it was XD transport or Punta Cana Transport or if they are the same thing. Booking through Viator was very easy and we were safely driven to our hotel and back to airport. Make sure you have WhatsApp.

I had to request a refund, we’ll see if I ever get it. Paid for round trip, reached out via app and text to the number that the company originally texted me from. No response for an entire day. Viator also couldn’t contact them. I requested a refund in the evening, I IMMEDIATELY get a nasty text asking me if it was tomorrow yet and they don’t respond to messages until 8pm. Steer clear from this company.

We are a pair of first time visitors to Punta Cana and this company made transportation to and from the airport very easy. You’ll find an agent right outside the terminal who will help you find the right vehicle, and they were right on time getting to the resort to pick us back up after our vacation. Will definitely use again!

Took Punta Cana transport to and from hotel. The drivers took the highway, therefore the view was scenic. Was excited for this long awaited trip. The drivers were helpful. On the way back to the airport, I asked the driver to make a quick stop, which he did, unfortunately the place was closed. Then proceeded to the airport where he continued to assist with handicapped passenger. Thank you Punta Cana Transport!

Good results but communication not timely between driver and confirming how to identify the driver or us. Had to many times reach out to ask questions that should be given up front with booking. Left us stressful not knowing exactly what to expect. Instructions on how/where to find driver should be clearer and earlier. Otherwise vehicles clean and timely with nice drivers.

We take from a minute to half an hour because it is in order, depending on how you write, we always respond, we confirm and tell you how to find us. Sometimes it happens that they write and want Let them answer you once and for all, no matter how much you want, we can't until your turn comes, just compression, thank you.
