This is the best airport transfer ever. They were waiting for us on our exit out of airport, Natalia was great to chat with and very helpful in sharing important & useful information about the Dominican Republic. All staff were super friendly. The van was very, very clean and the driver drove us safely to our destination. I would definitely book transportaion through this company again. They also do excursions. Overall, 10 out of 10!

The driver picked us up at the hotel on-time without any issues. I would recommend the service as it was pretty straightforward. I gave them instructions of when to pick us up and they followed them.

The representative was outside with our name on a list and we waited about 10 mins for the van. The van took us to the hotel with no issues. I would recommend the service.

Our first time in another country and they were not there when we got out of customs couldn’t find them ended up they were under a completely different name than what we booked with after we finally found them then we still had to wait another 25 minutes for an actual ride we had also booked a round trip back to the airport and it’s just completely canceled we have no way of getting back to the airport now and will have to pay for another ride

The welcome was great at the Punta Cana airport, however when booking the round trip I specified exactly where I was going and the website charged me $50 but they insisted I had to pay an extra $60 dollars because of the distance

Fairly easy to find once you arrive at the airport, you'll find your name on a billboard and they just take care of you from there. Waited about 5 minutes and our shuttle arrived, clean and plenty of AC. They offer to stop so you can buy refreshments. Highly recommend !

Our driver and our desk associate were kind and very professional. When you leave the baggage carousel, and emerge outside, there is a long desk with many company names on signs. We were directed to ours - HQT. I would add that to the Viator instructions. But otherwise, the whole experience was pleasant and painless.

Heart Warming Experience

Francis and Domingo were great tour guides! It warmed my heart to drive through the neighborhoods and see how the locals live and children smiling and waving. It was beautiful to see the sugar cane fields and to taste it for the first time. The river had stunning views, I would highly recommend this excursion!
