      At the Airport: Each passenger will be waited for outside the terminal with a sign with their name. All passengers have one hour of free waiting, at the airports, after this time they must pay an additional cost. At the Hotels: Each passenger will be picked up in the lobby of the hotel where they are staying, with a sign with their name. All passengers will have a waiting time of 15 minutes in the hotels, after this time they will have to pay an additional cost.

      This company was great. Communicated well. Cars were clean and staff was friendly and timely. I would highly suggest them to anyone.

      DO NOT LET VIATOR SCHEDULE YOU WITH "EXCURSIONES TIO LUIS"!!!!! This is a true scam. there was no such company at the airport (the transportation companies have placards with their logos and passenger names at the exit). None to be found for this company. Our luggage handler called them. They told him to hand us off to a completely different company until the driver came. Then we finally called directly (providing the logs for those calls...we had already waited roughly 30 mins). Nobody ever showed. I requested a refund and they said we were the ones who were late (what?!!) and that we were the ones who left. Mind you, we only left after waiting for about an hour. I have more pictures with travel times proof I have sent Viator. When I told the company "excursiones tio Luis" that needed to refund me they plain simple said "no" because we left and when I told them we would contact Viator they just said "you go ahead and do that. THE AUDACITY. These people count on clients not leaving a review and not caring about the money because it is isnt that much. I am not going to remain silent! SCAM SCAM SCAM
