Pickup details

Driver will meet you at the cafeteria outside the terminal, with a sign with your name on it. On terminal B it is named "Refugio" , Terminal A, it is named "Jetlag". He will be park a few minutes from theree, once you have your luggage and be on your wait out , let us know to have the driver meet you at the Cafeteria with the Vehicle, we will send you a photo of the driver and vehicle. This product only cover hotels that are in Punta Cana area. Please check below for the hotels that are cover with this product.

What To Expect

This Punta Cana International Airport private airport transfer service is a very smart thing to book ahead of your trip to the Dominican Republic to ensure you have safe rides planned ahead of your visit.

Once your flight lands, make your way to the meeting location at the airport and meet your driver. Board your comfortable vehicle for the drive over to your Punta Cana accommodation. Get dropped off at the Punta Cana hotel of your choice. After your trip, this transfer picks you back up at your hotel and escorts you to the Punta Cana International Airport for your departure flight.

Did not have signal or wifi at airport so we were scrambling as you only get an hr before they cancel you! This was frustrating as it was a language barrier so it took us twenty minutes to locate someone. Driver was awesome super friendly wish they would offer beverages or snacks. They also need to send info on driver and who to look for day of trip incase wifi is unavailable. Also I expected someone waiting with my name on sign as a birthday surprise and it didn’t happen.

Arrival driver was late; however the driver was very good and the vehicle was pristine. Departure driver was VERY early and did not seem to be an experienced driver. Was kind of pushy and turned the music volume up very loud as my husband was trying to take a call. Next time I will just let the hotel book the transit.

Booked round trip.. arrived and didn’t like our hotel. Contacted Joseph through text messaging and was easily able to book an additional trip just to transfer to a different hotel in the interim. Was still very professional as he directed me back through the app to track the additional payment/trip. Will def book these guys again when we return to DR. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV and a Chevy Suburban. All clean and comfy. 5 ⭐️ easy

It was smooth and easy to meet and pick up at the airport. Once we arrived, communication was perfect to guide us to the meeting point. To be honest, I was worried about how we were going to meet, but not to fear. We booked round-trip transportation. They text you the day before your departure and arrange a pick-up time. The driver was there on time and ready for the return trip.

Phenomenal customer service! Received confirmation what's app message the night before with drivers name and all details of what.to do upon arrival. At the airport, was extremely easy to find the pick up point and driver was there within 5 minutes. Clean SUV and easy safe drive to our hotel. Would highly recommend!

Honestly, I can’t say anything poor with regards to the service provided during our vacation. Airport pick up and drop off was prompt. Victor, our driver, he was the best! I cannot recommend him enough. He is punctual, communicative, honest, and so friendly. He was so warm that we decided to utilize the company’s transportation services for the duration of our stay. It was nice to have a trusted party to take us around the area on our nights out. Please ask for Victor by name during your visit. You will not regret it. Overall, rhe cost of this service was totally worth it.

By the time we got to Punta Cana we were in constant contact with our agent. Very professional met me and my family exactly where they said they would on time. Our return trip to the airport our driver was there 15 minutes early. We will definitely be using aviator again.

This is our first time using a tour company to pick us up from the airport via Viator and I must say that our experience was great and we have no complaints with the service Joseph and his team provided. Everything was smooth from airport pick up to drop off. Our communication with Jospeh was excellent and he responded quickly to questions and concerns. His drivers were punctual and professional. You have to wait a while for the driver to get to the airport.. at least i did. I paid $80 and the resort i stayed at is only 15 min away and no one reached out to me to confirm my pickup time from the resort back to the airport. I texted and heard nothing. Be careful on booking these. This was the only iffy experience i had my whole trip.
