Driver will meet you at the cafeteria outside the terminal, with a sign with your name on it. On terminal B it is named "Refugio" , Terminal A, it is named "Jetlag". He will be park a few minutes from theree, once you have your luggage and be on your wait out , let us know to have the driver meet you at the Cafeteria with the Vehicle, we will send you a photo of the driver and vehicle. The Greeter was nice and...

The Greeter was nice and spoke English....which is a bonus when you are traveling alone and to another Country. The driver did not speak a lick of English...made for a long boring ride. For this reason alone, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Driver/service not at airport

Driver was not at airport at agreed location and time. Wasted 30 minutes waiting for them, next time will take a taxi. Had to call to get them to meet me!

Hello , we send you a message the night before with all the information , driver's name , driver's, and meeting point photos, and we asked you to contact us as soon as you arrived at the airport and then when you have your luggage , you never follow directions and you never waited for us 30 minutes as you stated, as soon as you contacted us , we send the driver over to the meeting point , it only took him a couple of minutes to driver from the parking lot to the meeting point. we are very sorry that your experience was not as expected if you did not follow our directions. we apolize for any inconvenience , we hope to see you back with us soon. please contact me at +1 829-915-1322 for any further discussion.

The car was clean and the driver was waiting for our arrival with a sign with our name on it at the location indicated. The ride was smooth and seamless for both pick-up and drop-off and the driver assisted with loading our bags. The temperature of the vehicle was pleasant and the demeanor of the driver was welcoming. I would recommend this service if traveling to and from the airport in the Dominican Republic. Be sure that you keep in contact with them via WhatsApp as that is the best mode of communication.

My husband and I were traveling here from the states for the first time unsure of what to expect. We booked a round trip ride for our arrival (airport to hotel) and departure a week later (hotel to airport) and it was seamless with great communication. They texted us upon landing to let us know where to meet the driver, finding our driver Victor was no issue as they sent me a picture of him prior to us landing and he had a sign with my name up so I knew to ignore all the others trying to give us a ride until I found the correct person. Transport to the resort was a breeze and Victor was at our hotel 30-mins. early waiting to take us back to the airport on our departure day. The driving/streets may not be what we’re used to in the states but we could tell Victor had been driving these roads his whole life and trusted him with the process; he got us where we needed to go safely and efficiently, helped with bags, had a translator app handy to answer any questions we had, etc. and had good music playing which was a plus. Overall a great experience with this company (at a great price) and I will be rebooking them whenever we return!

Driver was very professional, picked us up with name sign and sent a photo of himself and car for safety. Very punctual. Ride back to the airport was no different. Walked in the resort with a sign looking for us. Very professional. It was a lot cheaper than the hotel recommended transportation. Definitely would use them again

Our pick ups from both locations were seamless! They were on time picking us up and communication from The person in charge, was great. There was a language barrier with both drivers, not so bad had to use a translator on our phones to communicate with them.
