Pickup is available from selected Port Douglas locations. Please contact the operator after booking to confirm your pickup location and time. The remaining time is spent doing Morning pick-ups = 90 minutes and afternoon drop-offs = 75 minutes.

The cable car ride is spectacular but the train ride is slow and a bit tedious despite the awesome engineering. Would recommend going up and back by cable car.
A beautiful trip

The cable car ride was fantastic, it was long, smooth, relaxing and so beautiful looking down to the Rainforest. We made several stops on the way to Kuranda Villages and got to see a very straight and tall tree called “the king of the forest”, he is majestic. We also saw the Barren Falls running like a bride’s veil. Riding the old train coming down was fun too. It gives you that sense of nostalgia inside the wood benched box while slowly moving through the green oxygen bar on both sides. A wonderful day visiting this gigantic rainforest that survived the Ice Age.
