On May 11, 2023, 02:42 PM - We had shared message to you both on Viator chat & through Whatsapp - regarding the revised meeting point.
On the day of tour Mon, May 22, 2023- we tried calling you on your number through Skype phone and through Whatsapp, but you did not reply and you did not call back.
We had even shared final guide details to you on May 21, 2023, 05:00 PM.
And you did not call us on our emergency number which you should have had on your voucher.
We kept our guide very long at meeting point and you did not show up.
We as Operator at GGS (Travmonde) and our guide at meeting point did our job as we were supposed to.
It is simple to understand that we can not give any refund.
Regarding your call with Viator, you need to clarify it with Viator team.
