Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time due to managing and organization reasons.
In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.
PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Good not great

The tour was underwhelming. Not only were we told we would get a skip the line ticket, which we didn't, but we also didn't go to the arena floor or palentie hill. I should have asked for a refund as they didn't deliver on anything promised except a guide in the colosseum. Even then I couldn't understand what he was sayung because of the bad microphone system. It wasn't great

Nobody told you it is a skip the line tour...because it is not. Also, in the details of our tour it is mentioned: "On this tour, some of the venues or parts of the venue may be subject to last-minute, unpredictable closures. When this occurs, we are happy to offer customers an extended tour in keeping with the advertised total length of the tour." So, since the arena was unavailable that day, we continued with the tour! The Palatine and Forum were included.

Dissatisfied with tour company

My reservation was canceled and rebooked for an earlier time slot. I did make it, but the tour was cut short because it started late. I booked for gladiator entrance and ground floor but was told plans changed. We were supposed to have Palantine Hill and the Forum included which the reservation says, but was told its optional. Overall dissatisfied with the experience.
