Claudio was a fantastic guide, probably one of the best guides I've ever had. He and a driver picked us up in a private SUV and was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout. The tour was very interesting and just plain beautiful at times. Florence is a must-see, must-visit destination. Take this tour without hesitation.

This was a wonderful day out. Florence was beautiful. Our tour guides were great. The tour around Florence was very informative and being able to see the Statue of David was the icing on the cake. Florence is a city I would love to go back to and spend some more time. I highly recommend this tour.

What a fabulous trip. The tour guides were marvelous in their detailed explanations of Florence. We were especially impressed with the discussion of the David. Giuliana and Adam were so extremely helpful in the travels to Florence and Pisa. The detail and care provided were worth more than I can describe.

Muy mal organizado y distinto a lo anunciado. 1.- Estuvieron a la hora y el viaje a Florencia transcurrió de manera muy agradable. Pero cuando llegamos se suponía que el guía iba a estar con nosotros, nos dieron un recorrido y nos llevaron a una Fábrica de joyas y pieles que en teoría no tenían porque llevarnos, por eso era privado el tour. Posteriormente decía el tour que incluía una pizza, sin embargo nos hicieron caminar casi 20 minutos para llegar a un restaurante que ellos escogieron y que nosotros tuvimos que pagar cabe mencionar que comimos muy bien y a un precio razonable. Despues de la comida nos recogió una guía que fué estupenda su explicación, pero solo pudimos estar dos horas con ella en una visita de todo un día. Hizo lo posible por explicarnos todo y lo hizo muy bien, pero faltó tiempo con ella. Tuvimos que recorrer dos veces todo, primero con la persona que nos acompañaba y luego con la guía. Lo cual hizo que no pudiéramos estar más tiempo en cada sitio y que fuera muy cansado para los niños. De todo el viaje, fué el tour que menos nos gustó, me parece que era mejor coger un tren o un coche conducir hacia Florencia y ahí quedarnos de ver con la guía y listo, seguro más barato y a un mejor ritmo. Las personas muy amables pero hubiera esperado algo mas del tour.
