She was amazing and her passion for the city of Florence and the arts (in particular the statue of David) was both interesting and enjoyable. If travelling to Florence I highly recommend doing a personalised tour with Chiara.

Alex was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. Our driver did not speak English, but was so friendly and helpful we appreciated him as well. The tour was really worth every penny as we got to see art, sculpture and Pisa. We needed a much longer time in Florence to really appreciate it, but this was a great start. Highly recommend this tour.

Well organized tour. Pick up was on time. The day was fun and relaxing with Dina. She was amazing and so knowledgeable. She was kind and accommodating. Kept everything moving but we still felt relaxed. She engaged the teens and they appreciated it. Our driver was awesome too. We would definitely recommend this tour.

It was a truly an amazing tour and experience! Florence was most definitely the highlight of the trip. I had the privilege of going on a private tour with my brother, and we had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Josh, was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable and had a great energy! From seeing the beautiful sights and learning about the culture in a way that one wouldn’t get from a self guided tour. It was a memorable day spent in great company, and would highly recommend!

Tour guides were great. Vehicle broke down twice. After the second time, instead of arranging for another vehicle to take us back to hotel, they dropped us at train station so we can find our way home.

Dear customer, thank you for appreciating the tour and the work of our staff. however we do not agree with what you wrote because it is not the truth and you are not very grateful for how we solved the problem.. After the Florence tour the car that was supposed to take you to Rome had a problem. our assistant and the company have taken steps to get you back to Rome. Our assistant took steps to organize the return in the best possible way. The company paid the train ticket for the return to Rome together with the assistant. You have had the opportunity to return earlier and in comfort, this in our humble opinion is excellent planning.. we believe you should recognize and be grateful that faced with a possible problem we preferred to let you travel in comfort on the train and return to Rome without problems. we took the driver back to Rome by car. This is called organization and respect for the client, which we cannot say about you. the ticket cost the Company 200 euros. upon return we have arranged to offer the drop off at your location. Perhaps we should have brought you back with the vehicle even if this meant arriving in Rome very late. Thank you for not appreciating our professionalism

The Florence and Pisa tour includes: Pisa - view of piazza dei Miracoli, the baptistery, the cathedral, the leaning tower (Visit from outside) Florence - 2 hours city tour with professional guide, visit to the Accademia gallery including tickets. time does not allow to visit more. This tour is a window into our great panorama of things and monuments to see. the visit ends at 17.30 and then we have to go back. Anyway, thank you for choosing our services.

The experience with a private tour, to be just us as a family was awesome! Pisa was magnificent! Both Joseph and Roberto were pleasant and Elena was excellent! It was just rushed. We couldn’t go inside the Duomo and I didn’t see much of the dome from the outside. We still considered it to be one of our best experiences here in Italy.

Irene, our guide, and Giovoni, our driver, were fabulous! Irene is a wealth of information, telling us little bits of info as we drove to and from the sites as well as in Pisa and Florence. We also had a tour guide through the Academia museum and city of Florence that was fun, but I can't remember his name. Good trip.

Our driver and guide were great. Private tour is the way to go. The van stopped when/where we wanted to on the way there and back. It was great to have the air conditioned van waiting for us to after we would get out and explore the local sites!

Our guide and driver were great. They were very entertaining while driving the long distance to Pisa. The information and stories they told kept us laughing and enjoying the ride. Our 17 yr old granddaughters were thoroughly thrilled with the sights. Unfortunately it rained so Florence was wet. But even so it was Florence.

Wonderful guide - Antoinette was lovely. Since we were 8, the company put us in a bigger bus that couldnt park at their usual areas. The gude and driver were unsure where to park and thus the drive time was delayed - didnt get to Florence until after 4pm , leaving us to do a rushed tour of the city. Our guide in Florence was fantastic- very knowledgeable and a true gentleman.
