Queue was long on the “free entry Sunday” but guide was great. Knowledgeable and easy to understand. Lots of great sights to see and guide was able to get us to them all. Queue was out of his control, but he was able to share a lot of good facts during the wait.

Dissapointing

Booked on the free Sunday to avoid queuing. Tour operator messaged us to arrive much earlier, which was not a problem, but initially everything felt disorganised. Fairly large group and it was busy. Tour lasted less than the advertised hour, and felt rushed. Difficult to ask any questions. We were then told the Tour had ended, and someone else would take us to the gates of the forum to gain entry. Headsets were handed back st this point. Nobody turned up, and so after about 10 mins she took us to the gates herself but as we were still in the Colossium, she was still providing information. Because we no longer had our headsets, we could not all hear. Overall a disappointing Tour.

Thanks for your comments, I would like to just say free Sunday u didn't made lines, you visited colosseo and forum romano without line with normal group not big group .was 31 people. we asked all people before start tour (Sound check ) Everyone said that the voice was good . Even tour guide she asked if u hear her clearly. I called you to come just 20 minutes before time booked not much earlier, Colosseo always crowded, Colosseo guided tour With Access to Forum Romano was 90 minutes ..anyway thanks for review will do our best next time , And will try to improve our servers. Arrived on admittedly one of the most busiest times during the year - Easter. This meant that the whole of Rome, including the colosseum were much busier than we imagine. The tour itself felt rushed and crowded, our tour guide was lovely but this was overshadowed by the speed at which we trafficked about. Based on our experience which admittedly might not be the norm, we came away underwhelmed by the experience and wanting more historical information.

Thanks for your review,you come in days too crowded and tour guide gaves you tour more then one hour inside colosseo then he take the group to Forum Romano and palatine Hill in Easter, and in this in year colosseo full of people and you skiped the line with tour guide ,our guide kept you a way of crowded, The price you paid before you come and you saw our scription(tour details before you booked)tour like one hour and half colosseo then access to forum Romano&palatine Hill) thanks for you comment Our regards

Terrible service

The Saturnia Bath were nice but I was not impressed with our tour guy, I asked him when pick up at the hotel if we stop along the route for breakfast and he said NO but our trip description had it in there , then he just drop us off when we asked questions he said he did not know that was the first time there so we did not get to see the park and it said on my itinerary that admission tickets included . then we when to the restaurant where they had no reservations so we got to sit inside and no tour in the village driver just drove us there and then disappear on us so no guide or tour to the town at Montemerano , then we stop at Pitigliano once again driver just drop us off no guide our showing the city and only gave us 45 minutes no the 2 hours the itinerary shows , we paid $1235 and I feel that was over charge just to have a driver , he did not explain nothing or even talk to us very disappointed on this experience and I would like to request some kind of refund since the tour was not giving as promise
