      Started a little late due to ticket machine issues at Vatican. Basically walk u to Vatican museum and was great to skip the HUGE line of people in town for Easter weekend.

      Exhausting but memorable

      It was worth paying to 'skip the line'. It is a long tour (2 and a half hours) so you need a lot of stamina. It is hugely crowded and there isn't time to properly look at things along the way.

      Wow that’s how I would sum up going into the museums and the chapel. The skip the line ticket was amazing, we met the team, they walked us up to the museum through security and gave us a map, explained how to get to everywhere including the Sistine Chapel and that was it, it was perfect for us, we got time to appreciate it the art, the exhibits that were in front of us. We noticed many of the tours were rushing through, looking at one thing and then moving on, we however took our time and appreciated each feature that we had an interest in, the museum itself is worth it, the history, the art and the sheer number of statues that you see it just magnificent and then the Sistine chapel is just a wow, peaceful and beautiful, perfect.

      Really great tour. Our guide Mohammed was excellent, showing us the highlights of the Vatican Museum & making jokes along the way. Really good & takes 1.5-2.5 hours maximum, rather than touring every room in the Vatican Museums on your own without knowing much about the artefacts. Definitely recommend this tour.

      Great visit, you need to go to the tour office which is literally 1 street away to get your actual ticket as the pdf you get on email is not the actual ticket. But there tour operator waited in the que with us to ensure we got to skip the line. Then once you’ve entered you can view the Vatican and Sistine chapel at your own leisure. Beautiful museums and chapel. Definitely worth going to see. We had baby in a pushchair, there are ramps and lifts. There is a lift to Sistine but you had to go to another side of the museum however it was quicker to just gold up pushchair and i carried my little one down the few flights of stairs and my partner carried the buggy as we couldn’t be bothered to go all the way round to the lift.

      Waste of money as no queue! Did not enjoy the it quite disappointing as didn’t want to see most of it. Found the Sistine chapel hard to find and the staff we asked were quite rude and not that helpful sadly

      Only ticket. No tour.

      This tour only includes the ticket. There is no tour guide. Company was disorganized. Meet at the tour company office to check in; they walk a group to the ticket window inside the Vatican and exchange their vouchers for the real tickets. They hand you your ticket, and give vague directions, and send you off alone into the museums. Also, this ticket includes entrance to the Vatican Museums, which is a collection of art accumulated by several popes over the years and includes the Sistine Chapel. I was (unfortunately) on a tight timeline, and even skipping most of the art, there were so many people that it took ~1h15m to get through the museums and to the Sistine Chapel itself. Minimum allot 2 hours, but 3 hours would be better.

      We were told to show up 30 minutes before our 9:30 appointment, we got up early to make it to our designated office at 9:00 and told for some reason they could not honor our time and to come back at 12N. (we had wanted an earlier time to "bear the crowd"). After strolling around for a few hours, we came back at 11:30 and were told they were almost ready for us. We waited 12, 12:30, 1:00 and finally at 1:20 we were taken in to get our tickets: another 25 min wait. Here it is almost 2pm and the place was packed with people. We were totally wormed down by late afternoon. We had planned our day to be done with our tour around lunch time to meet some friends. This group we had to deal with were so disorganized and disappointing. We would suggest you use another service.

      Oh my goodness. I booked this back in April (and paid in full weeks before)and two days before my friends, my spouse were to go to see the chapel, I received a message telling me it was cancelled. 😳. I convinced Gamze of City Rome Tours that he needed to honor this. He did… sort of. We had scheduled a 10:00 am tour all he could get that day was 3:45 The guy walked us in, gave us tickets and too off. Wow!

      Viator cancelled my tour, leaving me high and dry

      I had a terrible experience. Even through it has already been confirmed, my tour was cancelled a few days before it was supposed to take place. The vendor didn’t offer any help in finding me a suitable alternative. I had to pay more to do a similar tour with a different company. I haven’t seen a refund yet either. Would not recommend. Beware.

      For this product, skipping the long line was awesome! I appreciated being able to get to front of the very long line. It was still a very crowded experience in the museum.

      Sistine chapel was amazing!!! I would, however, never use this company again to get a ticket. I bought it in the in advance, received multiple email reminders. I went on our scheduled day and time, and was told by the receptionist our time was now an hour later. She said I should have received an email about the change, but did not. We planned our entire day around the time we had scheduled months in advanced, and I explained that to her. She did not care at all and we had to wait around for the tour guide. The guide was wonderful. The chapel was breath taking!

      We had a very dificult time finding the meeting point. There was no signs and the instructions on the app only gave an address that no one seem to know where it was. Give yourself extra time to find the meeting point. Also, I sent the message on the but got no response. It took 40 minutes to find someone from Viator!! We finally found a tour guide from Viator that got us in. This is not a tour, as we were given tickets and were left to go off on our own.
