          Hard to find the office, it moved. Waited quite a while to enter and there were no lines to skip. Required to walk the entire Vatican museum and no entrance to St Peter’s Basilica

          The tour meeting place was in this basement with hundreds of people. Could not hear when you were called because of traffic. So many people on sidewalk hard to stay close to flag that you could barely see.

          The Sistine Chapel was beautiful but the company was very unorganized getting to the Vacatican Museums. It was basically herding cattle to get there and once we were on our own to roam the museums it’s was simply frustrating on how chaotic the museums with all the tours and individuals trying to enjoy the museums on their own time. The skip the line helped get us through the door into the museums but didn’t help much once we were inside . The lines were still very long .

          We purchases skip the line tickets because all the tours were sold out. Found the ticket place easily and were offered an upgrade to a guided tour. It worked out great. Marco was a good guide

          We enjoyed touring at our own pace and skipping the line helped to enter the museum without a wait for entry. The company seemed to be a bit disorganized but everything worked out.

          Poor value for money experience

          The guide did not speak good English at all (it was heard as if she talked Italian) and the kids did not understand anything. We run fast through most of the Vatican museum, almost lost the guide a few times as she did not leave any time for photos or checking out the exhibits. She insulted a couple of group members as well along the way. We paid an enormous amount of money and the experience was not even half good of what we expected. Would not recommend it

          Outstanding service, great in follow up, the guide never missed a detail in his tour and he made sure to make these details stick in your head with funny jokes. I highly recommend them

          The company that had given our tickets were unorganized and not friendly at all. We had at least seven other tours and this one was the only one we did not enjoy using. The tour through the Vatican itself was wonderful!!!

          Don’t waste your time with this booking. This is not a guided tour. All this tour does is provide you your tickets. You end up paying MORE rather than what you would pay on site. There was NO line to begin with. Waste of money!

          All I can say is what a nightmare! We arrived to what I assumed by the email to pick up our tickets so we could meet our private guide outside of the Vatican. I told the guy at the counter who was trying to upsell me a guided tour that I already had a private guide meeting me outside of the Vatican and just needed my tickets. He told me to follow a employee who would get the tickets. We get to the Vatican and he tells me no I have to get you the ticket inside and you will not be able to come back out and meet them. He suggested I call my guide and tell them to meet me inside. Unfortunately the number I called did not speak English and I asked the employee to speak with them. He told me once we get inside. Inside he told me he was not allowed to speak with other agencies and I should cancel and walk it ourselves with a map! Do not trust this company they have no customer service and tell you what you want to here to get your money!

          Skip the line tickets, no guide. The address of where to pick up the tickets is wrong. There are notes displayed at that address telling you where the pick up actually is which is stressful when you're running abit late and rushing.

          Considering skip the line saves queuing there was a lot of hanging around prior to the start of the tour. As for a small group tour that may have been true re our guide but most of the time there was a mass of people everywhere, so you had the feeling of being herded along. Difficult to hear our guide, radios not great (uncomfortable and hard to hear), Naomi was softly spoken and very crowded. I appreciate many people want to see the highlights of the Vatican, but the tour was stressful rather than an enjoyable experience overall.

          Did exactly what it promised. While the lines were not particularly crazy early in the morning, there is a fair amount of chaos with the huge number of group tours there, so it certainly simplified things and expedited our entry. Probably worthwhile just to help us navigate and get into the Vatican much faster than we would have otherwise.

          Does exactly what it says, skipped all lines and went straight through into the vatican. Make sure to find you’re check in point first, we made sure we knew where it was the day before so in the morning we had no worries about missing our time slot, once checked in the men will let you know what to do next and for us that was to wait outside and a tour guide took us up.
