      Once you reach the meeting point, go down the ladders to reach the river (there are 2 entrances to go down) you should spot them easily, and reach the structure on the river on the left (Roman Swimming Society). From that point we will embark.

    Waste of Time-Terrible Experience!

    This was a terrible experience! My family and I had looked forward to this boat trip with aperitif and dinner. We had already spent the afternoon walking around sightseeing. It was a hot day! When we got back to our hotel, we were excited getting ready for our next experience in Rome. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the meeting point (which was not easy to find) after about 20 to 30 minutes of waiting, we were told by someone that the boat trip no longer existed-- for about 2 months-- because the restaurant that was included was on a land that was sinking. We had tried contacting the tour operator, but no one picked up. We called Viator and are still awaiting our refund. We have also asked Viator to remove this tour from their website so that no one else experience what we did. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!

    First off, after booking online I received a text stating they are currently not accepting online bookings, refunded the amount and stated I would have to pay cash upon arrival. I am assuming this is to avoid refund requests because I would not be surprised if every single customer requested one by the end. The restaurant was supposed to be in the boat, turns out it was 15-20 mins walk from the tour boat. The food was not edible, starting from the appetizer which looked like school lunch till dinner, which included what appears to be Carrefour’s meat and cheese, salty uncooked pasta, and the worst dessert that I’ve ever had in my whole life (whipped cream with espresso powder which it supposed to be tiramisu). The staff at the restaurant were very nice, no complaints about that since they even offered to change our plates. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemy. You’d have a better time throwing your money at the river and watch it float away.

    Here are my memorable experiences about this tour. 1. We were sent to address of a business that was not affiliated with the cruise, and the people who worked at the address had no idea what we were talking about when we showed them the ticket. Eventually they decided we needed to cross the road and go down the steps to the river. 2. The steps down to the water were disgusting and filthy, and no one was watching for our arrival. 3. The appetizer and cocktail was inferior wine (1 small bottle only) and a tray of food that left us confounded.: A small piece of frozen pizza, a very small cup of what I think was lasagna, a small cup of peanuts, a small bowl of potato chips and a bowl of watermelon chunks. These were delivered with an admonition to "enjoy your dinner." 2. After we had our appetizer we were asked to go the upper deck where our guide gave us a "tour" of about 15 minutes of what was along the banks of the Tiber. He had interesting points to make but was smoking up a storm and downing beers so I wasn't too impressed with his respect for his guests. 3. After this presentation the boat docked and we had to walk a ways to the restaurant. I don't know why, but I didn't expect to walk and certainly not that far, and didn't appreciate seeing the giant rat living on the bank along the way. 4. The restaurant had a set choice available for us, one glass of wine each, one appetizer each, and a choice of four pasta entrees. The food was good. However, we don't have Q code readers on our android phones and asked for a menu. No way. People kept coming over and reciting the menu to us, so we ordered and eventually got food. 5. Someone who was maybe the owner/manager came to talk to the table next to us and was smoking the whole time which totally put me off their food. And after they told us they had called a taxi to pick us up, saw us get up to leave and wait outside, and they they admitted they were just calling them. This wasn't a cruise on the river, it wasn't memorable in any way except as a "buyer be ware" experience. Some people who weren't on the cruise came in dressed nicely with reservations. They, too, said they had their phones turned off and could they see a menu. Eventually one was produced from some back room and then we saw them walk out? Our taxi showed up and we were left to wonder what we had paid over $200 for?

    Absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish the boat tour was fantastic. The meal was delicious. It made a special holiday to Rome even more memorable. Can really not thank you enough. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone.

    Such an amazing experience! It was lovely to be able to relax a bit after a day of exploring the city. The boat was great and the snacks provided were more than adequate! And then the restaurant for dinner was gorgeous and the portions were perfect. We left happy and satisfied. And our guide, Andrea, was wonderful and so accommodating and informative.

    Cette activité n’a pu avoir lieu car le bateau est parti. En avance il n’a pas attendu les passagers dont mon père AG de 93 ans. Par ailleurs les indications sur le lieu de rendez-vous n’était pas correct. Ce n’est pas professionnel et c’est inadmissible. Je vous demande le remboursement de cette prestation qui était entre parenthèses le cadeau d’anniversaire de mon père. Énorme déception.

    Nous étions en retard et notre guide a été géniale car le bateau nous a attendu. Mille mercis ! Je recommande la promenade avec l'apéritif car très sympathique avec un très bon accueil. Par contre je ne recommande pas la promenade + repas dans un restaurant au bord du fleuve. Mauvais accueil, repas vraiment très moyen (2 plats + 1 verre de vin uniquement). Tarif trop cher pour ce qui a été proposé.

    Guide très gentil, la balade en balade en bateau n’a rien d’incroyable… Le restaurant est bien placé en bord de rivière, mais le service et la nourriture laissé vraiment à désirer…

    Une super trovarle! Lieu de conte de fées sur les rives du Tibre, personnel accueillant et toujours trés serviable. La proposition culinarie est vraiment interessante et bien faite. Le tout accompagné d'une incroyable ambiance jazz. Absolument à ne pas manquer!
    Une expérience à recommander sans hésitation !

    Très bonne organisation par Manuel Tiziano, un guide intéressant et très sympathique Apéritif sur le bateau de bonne qualité Belle balade sur le Tibre en mini groupe Dîner et concert de jazz au DRAM sur le Tibre vraiment chouette
