      This was an amazing experience! Brennan is a phenomenal instructor and you will learn a lot from him. I really enjoyed the chocolate chip tasting experience and I learned a lot about my own tastes and preferences. Brennan has really thought through the entire experience and it shows in all the little details that make this workshop top-notch! I highly recommend this class. Plus, the cookies were so delicious and you get to take them home!

      Good historical information about chocolate origins and use. The taste test was thought-provoking. Tips on making "great chocolate chip cookies" were well received and noted for the future. Of course, the freshly-baked cookies were awesome--enjoyed both on-site and the left-over taken home. "Fun time!"

      Fun bday celebration with friends! Brennan is so entertaining and knowledgable and the cookies were delicious! This would be a fun activity to do during the holidays in your home with friends. He does team building activities and sells his cookie dough, which is to die for by the way. Just when I thought there was nothing special about baking a chocolate chip cookie I learned the secret ingredient that made these cookies over the top!

      Brennan did a great job with some history of the chocolate chip cookie as well as tasting different chocolate. Many tips for a better cookie and the cookies were fantastic!

      Decided to surprise my husband with this experience for his birthday. He loved it! Firstly it was amazing to hear the history of chocolate chip cookie and then do a blind chocolate tasting. Baking the cookies itself was a fun activity, but learning new technique to tasting the amazing cookie. Came out happy with a sugar high 😍 Brennan has done an amazing job creating this cozy space to enjoy a fun activity! Would recommend 100%!

      Baking cookies at my house isn’t this much fun! We were a little skeptical at first with it being in someone apartment but all worries instantly disappeared after meeting Brennan. He was friendly and made us feel at home. He had chocolate chip history and stories to entertain us. We examined different chips and were ask to describe the smell, feel and look before we tasted them. He explained everything, the importance of the correct ingredients and measurements. Then we baked and the best part we ate the cookies They were delicious and we had a great afternoon.
