our tour guide called me to let me know she was double booked so she couldn't provide the service. Then she gave me the phone number of a driver to call to see if he could do her job. Anyway se also told me that my driver was not a good driver so I called him anyway and at the end of the tour he wanted me to charge for the tour that I had already paid in Viator. So it was very disappointment.

Pep did an excellent job touring us around San Fran. She stopped at all the iconic spots & even took our family photos for us. She showed us hidden gems & beautiful gardens. Our family had a great time- she catered to our every need. Highly recommend!
