Driver didn't show up, and didn't pick up the phone when me and my hotel called several times. Finally called Viator and the company finally reached out offering to have the driver come out still (would take about 40 minutes) or to reschedule. I ended up canceling and fortunately was able to get a refund.

Driver was there punctual and you did not show up so he left without you,you were late and ask to comeback for you thats why we offer to reschedule or wait for another driver because you were not there on time.
