Excellent transport from hotel to Cabo airport. They communicated by email to determine appropriate pick-up time at the hotel, were 10 minutes early and got us to the airport on time. Driver was courteous and friendly. Cost was fine for private transport of 6 people. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very reliable and friendly.

The drivers were great, both to and from the airport. The company, Balard, misrepresents itself. They show pics of nice white Cadillac SUVs. We saw lots of those, but our rides were in 10 pack little buses...not the comfortable ride they promise by a long shot.

Awesome experience during our trip to Cabo. Alvaro was an excellent driver. Vehicle had air conditioner and was very clean. I will use them again when I travel to Cabo in the future if they continue to have the best deal for my dollar. 💵

We were greeted at the airport by Martine. There were ) of us with large bags which were well accommodated. We made a stop at the grocery store on the way to our hotel. They provided drinks in the car for the ride. The trip was smooth and seamless. Highly recommend.

Ballard Transportation never showed up. We had to call them several times and got the run around that first the driver went to the wrong terminal (despite I had provided my flight information). After waiting about 15 min, we called again, and then they said they couldn't find my reservation, and needed me to give c then my confirmation #. Then I get a WhatsApp message:
'Thank you for trusting our service. Unfortunately we have overbooked our service. We will not be able to pick you up today.
My supervisors tell me that we will refund your reservation for the full amount. We are truly sorry to create this inconvenience and not provide the desired service."...whaattt? Seriously you let someone land in a city expecting transportation and now I have to pay twice as much by paying for a taxi!?! Stay away from Ballard Tours. And shame on Viator who I have trusted to have them as a partner.

We are sorry but you booked a few hours before and at that moment the message was sent to inform you that we were overbooked. We would have liked to notify you days before so as not to cause you inconvenience, but the cancellation message was sent at the same time as your reservation (18 hours before). Don't say it was a scam because at no time did we want to do that, it's just that that day we had too many services, tell me what could we do? It is logical that we could not continue accepting. We apologize for what happened but we tried to do the things we had in our hands. Your refund was made and we also tried to contact you. Blessings!
