We got there faster than all of the other people who took a bus so we were able to check in before it got busy at our hotel. The car was nice and clean. our driver was excellent and friendly!

Not very detail in the pick up. I thought it was someone standing outside with my name on a sign or the company name listed somewhere. Once you locate someone it took about 15-20 mins for the vehicle to arrive. The drivers where great vehicle very clean The pickup was exactly on time and easy drop off

The advertisement gave you the expectation that the pick up would be like in the movies where the shuttle company has your name on a sign and waited for you after you clear immigation. It was nothing like that. The only truth about their communication was they would be near tent #5. Yet, they did not await me with my name on a sign and barely acknowledged me after i checked in. The check in people were very rude. The one bright spot was our driver Carlos although we were not offered a cerveza or water (again as advertised).
