The reservation is made, we will contact you and welcome you with a sign with your name. We are Ballard Tours. Read well! The reservation can be in a Suburban or Hiace, the car that is closest to the place. Do not hesitate to dial the company's phone number, we will gladly assist you!

Reliable, stressless trip from the airport to the hotel. There were 5 of us with a lot of luggage, we had plenty of room. Our driver was friendly and pointed out the sights as we were driving. I would highly recommend them.

Comfortable ride

It was a comfortable and smooth ride from the airport to our hotel. We met our driver at number 3 stop without any issues. We already book our return trip back to the airport with this company again.

We are really sorry for what happened, we do not know the reason, it is the first time that they have told us something like this. Please, you can send an email with the name of the driver to be able to generate a report, we do not tolerate this attitude in this company. If we could do something to remove that bad taste in our mouths, we are willing to listen. Blessings

Fantastic experience. I booked this as a solo traveler. I landed at night & I hate looking for a taxi - so glad I booked them. The driver had my name on a sign & met me right under the big awnings outside by #5. Water & beer for free on the drive to my hotel too. Would absolutely use them again!

Great experience ! The driver was nice . The car was exceptionally clean , cool , and came with welcome bottle drinks. The drive was safe and quicker than I imagine . Above all else , the company was very communicative and punctual ! Which is two of the most important qualities in a company.
