Our flight was 30 minuets early and by the time I landed I already had a text that he was at baggage claim area waiting for us. He was nice and helped with our luggage. The car was close by and ready to go!

Iomar Perez was fabulous, he communicated prior to our last connecting flight and we received a text stating where he was located as we were deplaning.
He met us in baggage claim holding a sign with our name, a vibrant welcoming smile and professional introduction.
He patiently waited for our bags to arrive and then shared local information as we walked to our transport vehicle.
He was helpful with our bags and provided ice cold water. The vehicle was spotless!
The experience was amazing and we will use his service again.
