Carlos was on time, friendly, and knowledgable, sharing information about local tourism on our ride to the airport. I will book him again for airport transportation or tours when I return.

Driver didn't show up and we almost missed our plane. Operator only provided partial refund and I contacted viator to try to get the rest refunded. Haven't heard back from viator about the refund. Don't use this operator.

Driver was very nice and got us to the airport in a timely fashion, but the car left a bit to be desired. My rear seat belt was not accessible, driver did not even wear his, he stopped to get fuel while we were in the car instead of before pickup, there was a crack in the middle of the windshield that went all the way across, the brakes squeaked, and it was just overall not in the best state of repair. Pro was that his trunk was huge and fit all our luggage.

Driver never showed. I ended up late for my flight which cost me hundreds more dollars to book a hotel. Viator customer service tried to call the company and they weren’t even answering the phone call. Horrible horrible experience. If you want to miss your flight then book with them, they’ll be a guaranteed no show.

Driver Omar was prompt, courteous annd honest. He got us to the airport with more than enough time from San Miguel de Allende. My wife accidentally left her AirPods in the car and the driver was even nice enough to turn around and drive 20mins back to us to return them. Could not thank him enough!

Our driver was promptly arrested just outside the airport for driving without the proper authorization. We had an escort back to the airport where we paid a second time for a ride to San Miguel. Some sort of verification needs to happen with your companies you partner with.

Driver took us through some rough neighborhoods and when I asked where was he taking us he said to airport but that this was a different route and laughed.
