I had a great experience! Great communication and fast response! My flight was delayed and caused me to arrive to El Salvador a day after my scheduled pick up date. They were very accommodating and were able to pick me up with no issues. Manuel, the driver was super nice and I would recommend this company to anyone! I will definitely use them on my next trip to El Salvador!

I had a great experience! Great communication and fast response! My flight was delayed and caused me to arrive to El Salvador a day after my scheduled pick up date. They were very accommodating and were able to pick me up with no issues. Manuel, the driver was super nice and I would recommend this company to anyone! I will definitely use them on my next trip to El Salvador!

Francisco was a wonderful driver, he speaks English very well and he made us feel safe. Francisco is kind and very patient, he was waiting outside the airport with a sign with my name on it. He will answer any questions you have along the way. I would recommend booking with this company.

I didn't place PM at the time. The system assigned AM. The driver allegedly came to a closed airport at 1:30AM even though I provided the flight information. This is customer service at its worst

The driver did not know where he was going and asked me to pull up the directions on my gps. If I were to do this again, I would not use Viator. Instead I would get an uber which were pretty reliable in San Salvador, and more economical.

We had Osmaro on the way in and we loved him so much we requested for the ride back! Once again he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! the van was clean, music was great & it was awesome getting to see him and update him on all the things we did since we first met! Highly recommend requesting Osmaro his English is basically perfect and he is VERY trist worthy !

Rafael was amazing! He was so kind and professional. Our flight was initially delayed and when I communicated with him about it, he was so kind about being there at the new time!
