Our wine shuttles require a minimum of 4 participants to run. You will be emailed with options if you have less than 4 people in your party.
If you are a single traveler, please free to call our office to confirm availability

Departure and arrival times are flexible, depending on your location & other pick-ups that day, but generally range from 9:45am to 10:45am. Pick-up times will be confirmed via phone or email the day prior. We are usually done by 3 or 4pm, heading back to town and returning by 5pm.

If you do not require hotel pick-up, or are not staying in in Santa Barbara or Santa Ynez, you may meet the shuttle at the Santa Barbara Visitor's Center, 1 Garden Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
If meeting at the Visitor's center, the parking lot is immediately behind the Visitor Center building. Parking fees of $9 per day per car may apply.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The best day out in Santa Ynez valley!

First of all, the customer service in booking/tweaking the tour was excellent. Next, “Caco” picked us up right on time and was a SUPER driver/guide, for the six of us in the mini van. Gave us lots of fun info on the area as we went along. Very personable guy! The three wineries we visited were fabulous, especially loved Brick Barn, but Koehler and Refugio Ranch were great also. Lunch was delicious and appreciated the efforts to provide it for us. Fantastic day tasting wine in the sunshine!

They were on time and the driver tried to be helpful. The wineries were not very nice compared to what is available in the area. My understanding is the town of Los Olives has 1200 people and 50 wineries.

We had a small group of six with the best tour guide, Linda. I have been on previous trips to Santa Ynez wineries and this was FANTASTIC. Linda was so knowledgeable about the region and made the tour seem less. Our group became fast friends enjoying every winery and every toast. We WILL be back!

Sunny our guide was the best part of the tour. VERY knowledgeable and knew the countryside inside and out. The wineries she chose were excellent and we were very happy with the whole experience. We would choose her again in a minute! Her driving was impeccable and her “sunny” attitude chased what few rain clouds had gathered on the horizon. 5 stars Sunny!

My wife and I have done a lot of wine tours, but the Santa Ynez Wine Country Shuttle really wowed us! Our guide was Matt and he really did a phenomenal job. He knew a ton about wine and the area.
