My family got up to meet our pick up at the scheduled time and place. When I pick up time came someone called us and asked me to confirm my location and they never came. After 90 minutes went by and constantly going back and forth with the company I decided to cancel my trip because it was obvious no one was coming. I'm trying to get a refund now.
