Pickup details

The transfer service (pick-up and drop-off) can be booked if available. Pick-up will be provided at or close to the place of your accommodation. When the activity is over, we will drop you off at the same place. Consider pick-up and drop-off for the city of Ponta Delgada. Approximate pick-up times: – Low season (November – March) – between 8:30 and 8:50 a.m. – High season (April – October) – between 8:00 and 8:20 a.m.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

One of the best tours we have ever taken Bruno , Diego , and Teresa were the best professional, kind, helpful and patient a few hours sliding down canyons going through waterfalls and repelling was tremendous fun Great for all ages…5 stars thanks guys!!

Whilst you need to be quite fit to optimise this activity the guides are extremely thoughtful, helpful and funny and ensure that safety is the priority. A range of activities and beautiful setting result in a huge selection of photos and videos being sent the next day which was a bonus. Highly recommend this location, company and activity.

Great beginners experience

We had a super fun morning with our guides Ricardo / Rodriguez (hope I remembered correctly) who were funny and easy going, but gave everyone clear instructions when it came to safety. I only wished ir was longer and that we had more opportunities to abseil / zipline! Plenty of jumps which was very thrilling.

Wow, this tour did not disappoint. At first we didn’t know what to expect—everything we thought this might be was exceeded x10! Our guides were so fun, funny and helpful. Safety briefings were given and they made sure we felt secure throughout the whole tour. They took pictures along the way and made the experience really enjoyable. Really amazing tour, SO glad we booked this. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for some adventure.
