Great city tour for single traveler

Expensive for 3 hours

Luiz was a great guide but we didn't stop at many of the places listed. Some road closure because of carnival also made things difficult. Wasn't worth the cost of the tour.

Dear Suhithi, Thanks for the feedback. We consider this to be extremely important in order to improve our work! As explained to you, during the Carnival period, some important streets in the city are closed for the festivities. Even with this situation, the planned itinerary was all carried out with the exception of one point in the city center, which had blocked access. Some of the places you wanted to visit were not included in the 3-hour itinerary, which was the one contracted. In this case, we have given you the suggestion to purchase the 5-hour itinerary, a more complete option, but this suggestion was not accepted. We hope to be able to serve you on another occasion, in a situation where there are no blockages that occur during Carnival, which despite being a beautiful festival, causes some difficulties in carrying out our work. Our guide was very knowlegable and catered the day to suit our time and interest. We had a very enjoyable day. Just one thing that was disappointing was the visit to municipal market where we were taken to a specific stall to try and buy fruit. The seller was known by our guide which we thought we could trust... that was our mistake, we were charged a lot of money for a tray of fruit. Worth the visit but be aware of the tourist trap!

Luis was our guide and he couldn't have possibly done a better or more professional job than he did. He was BY FAR the best person to share as much information about Sao Paulo as we could ever need to learn. Although everything was closed due to the COVID lockdown we were able to still see so much more than I originally thought we'd be able to see. He was personable, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and did an amazing job of making sure that we got the most out of our time with him. We were even able to visit an indigenous village due to his special relationship with them, as they are closed to almost all tourists during the lockdown. Thank you, Luis, for making our day with you such an incredible and unforgettable experience!

Was in São Paulo for a very short period of time and wanted to see some of the sights and get a sense for what the city was like. My guide was great, and told me about the cities history and what life is like in São Paulo. Great if you need to pack a lot of things into a short period of time (5hours for me)

I had 1 1/2 day’s before work started & wanted to see SP. I booked two 3-hour tours on consecutive days when I realized that I probably wouldn’t be able to safely get around to everything I wanted to see on my own. So glad I did. Doris was a very knowledgeable and energetic tour guide who was able to take me to see sites I wanted to see, dividing them up between the two tour days in a way that worked really well. We spent the first day’s tour in the central city area - driving through Liberdade and Paulista Ave, and getting out in Centro historic old city to walk. Driving or waking Doris shared so much interesting information. Saw the pinacoteca museum near Luz station - she also has amazing knowledge of art and memory for artist & architect names. Covered a lot of ground in a much safer way than I could have on my own. 2nd day’s tour focused on neighborhoods (including Batman alley) and Ibirapuera Park - and lots of interesting neighborhoods in between. At the end I felt I understood São Paulo history and life in the city today. We got out & walked at just the right spots, but also covered a lot of ground & information in the car. Thank you Doris!

Luiz was a super guide. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable in a way that made the city and its history alive for us, he also was a super fun person to spend the day with. We did the 5 hour tour, so we had time to go to the Municipal Market for lunch and to Batman Alley to enjoy the beautiful street art. Can't give him a high enough recommendation. He deserves more than a 5!

This tour was amazing! I loved it! My guide was awesome. He picked me up at my hotel on time. I saw everything I wanted to see in Sao Paulo plus more. My guide was so nice, friendly, and informative about the history of the city, and each landmark where we stopped. He was patient, and had no problem stopping to take pictures of me when I asked. I would definitely recommend this tour.
