Our tour guide was Fabio. He was great! Explained everything and took us to São Paulo high lights. He also recommended a coffee shop (UM coffee) and took us there on our request. We really enjoyed it! Would highly recommend this tour if you want a quick overview of the city.

Our guide Ilan, made our short period in São Paulo a wonderful and memorable time with guiding us through places we never thought of going if we went by ourselves. His deep knowledge of the history and recent updates of the city made our tour detailed and informative. The amazing part was that he managed to answer all the questions my son had, which is usually not easy. Overall we had a great time and would like to go back for a longer duration.

The idea of the trip was wonderful but what was promised on the tour was not what was delivered. We were told that the tour is 4-5 hours with several activities which our tour guide Roberto insisted was not realistic and was not able to deliver what was agreed upon. We were rushed and Roberto's main concern is being able to make it back home on time for "another engagement." This was our first and last time using Viator for any touring experience. We travel a lot and am sure there are other services that would be more honest and pleasant.

Fantastic tour with Luiz. The visit to the public market was very interesting, helped by our guide knowing a lot of the traders. We tasted so many things. Our visit to Batman Alley was great. Again our guide knew a lot of the artists and we were invited to view an exhibition which hadn’t opened yet. Overall a very interesting tour

We chose the 4hr Spanish tour and it was perfect for a glimpse of São Paulo. Our tour guide was very professional and talked a good Spanish. He was on time and showed us the key highlights. He asked us if we wanted to take pictures alwags and even he took pictures of us. He gave us bottles of water as well. In the market, he knew everyone, he's definitely a local. We tried all sorts of foods and it was amazing! At the end of the tour he offered to drop us off in a shopping mall we wanted to see. And then, he sent me a message that he found my credit card in the car and helped me to retrieve it. Ernesto (Neto) is excellent and extremely professional. Highly recommend this tour!
