- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was a wonderful tour and I would highly recommend. Mak was a great guide and safe driver. He was very knowledgeable and delivered the information in a way that was easy to process over the course of the afternoon. Thank you Mak for showing us your city and sharing your stories and knowledge.

This was an excellent tour! Mark is a wonderful guide. He is very knowledgeable and value-adds with his lived experience of the Siege. His communication including the arrangements for pickup was excellent and he was extremely well organised! Recommend highly!!

A truly excellent tour that is catered to down to the finest detail. Mak knows his stuff and can answer any curiosity you have, even questions you may think to be too personal. There is great variety in the locations and aspects that are covered, from mountain top views of sniper positions to the tunnels themselves. The tour was highly professional and rehearsed so everything is clear and efficient. You can't go wrong with this one.

This was an incredible tour, giving an amazing insight into the reality of the Siege of Sarajevo during the 1990s, especially remembering the war on the news as a child.
Our tour guide, Mak, was fantastic. He provided the information in an objective way, and was very communicative and forthright with his answers to questions of a more personal nature.
I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to get a deeper knowledge and insight of the realities of the civil war and how life was under siege. Thank you!

Went on a roses of Sarajevo tour, Mak was our guide. He was excellent, unbelievable knowledge. The tour itself covered all aspects of the siege but also covered details about contemporary Bosnia. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting this fascinating city.
