Outstanding visit to Turkey

We booked a private tour to the ruins of Ephesus. Our tour guide, Ismail met us at the port where our ship docked. From there we travel to the ancient ruins of Ephesus, and Ismail was very knowledgeable and thorough as a guide. After, we visited the site of the Temple of Artemis. Then, we were taken to a wonderful family restaurant with courtyard dining and fresh, savory local cuisine. Next door was a coop of carpet weavers, and were given a demonstration of techniques, as well as a diduof finished products. All in all this one of the best experiences we had on our cruise

Our licensed guide, Dilek, and our driver picked us up at the port and drove us to The House of the Virgin Mary, Temple of Artemis and John the Baptist's Tomb in Selcuk and Ephesus. Dilek guided us through the massive ruin, providing information about the life, culture and building in Ephesus. From start to finish, the best company we have dealt with when taking private tours. The communication with staff was quick. Directions given fornpickup were easy. The driver and guide were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I can't say enough good things about the tour company. I highly recommend this company and this tour if you are looking for piece of mind.

Josh was our tour guide. It ended up being just my husband and I and it was a great experience. Josh is really knowledgeable about Efes and Türkiye in general. His command of English is wonderful. We enjoyed our tour of Efes and the delicious lunch. He even called the restaurant to see if they could make my favorite dip, a carrot yogurt dip. And they did! We highly recommend this tour company. We had booked it the night before we arrived by cruise ship and why were waiting for us right outside the port terminal exit. We were driven in a nice minivan with an excellent driver.

Our tour with Deniz was INCREDIBLE! We toured the House of the Virgin Mary, Ephesus, and St John’s Basilica. Deniz is very knowledgeable and friendly, and we felt as if we were with a friend. This is a private tour, so if you are going as a group book under one person. We took an air conditioned van to the sites. Ms. Filiz was our tour guide, and was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Ephesus. Plan on wearing comfortable walking shoes, as the grounds can be uneven and slippery. I would also take water and a hat or umbrella to shield you from the sun. This was an awesome tour and experience, and one I definitely recommend!

Excellent guide and experience. The historical sites speak for themselves. Our lunch at a local’s cafe/restaurant was a highlight. Would highly recommend this tour and guide. Ps the vehicle transporting us was comfortable and air conditioned.

Fatima and her team were very efficient. Fatima is an excellent guide, knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. Lunch was delicious and in a beautiful setting. Two interesting side trips to a local leather manufacturer and a local school on carpet weaving. What makes this tour different from the rest is that they are very passionate about what they do, they want to make a connection with you even for only a few hours, and they are passionate about their country. I would definitely recommend Fatima and her team to family and friends!
