Great family experience

We did a 5pm ride. My horse was tired and wouldn't move, so didn't ride much. I cut the ride short because I felt sorry for my tired horse. However the people running the stable were great.

We had an awesome experience riding in seminyak beach The horses are well looked after and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The ride came with transport to and from our accomodation, which made the whole experience even smoother. Our guide Ketut was great - not only did we do a beach ride but it almost turned into a bit of a lesson as he continually provided us with tips to improve our horse riding skills. And take great foto for us Definitely recommend!

Horse riding was very bad experience for us. Horse was very wild no one help us for sitting on a horse. It was un professional organize. We change our mind and they didint gabe our money back. We called ofise and lady was very rude.

Thank you for the comment and we apologize, but this customer didn't want to follow our rules, our guide had instructed us not to bring plastic bags because it could scare the horses, but the customer didn't want to listen. The customer then left the location without saying anything. They didn't complain at the location and just called and wanted a refund. we also have evidence for photo and videos , if the customer scary we can change the horse. but they didn't say anything at our location. Thank you

PLEASE DO NOT HORSE RIDE HERE! I took my girlfriend who has been riding horses for 14 years we got on these horses their mouths were frothing the horses were under fed and thirsty they gave us no helmets the horses dont know how to stop you have to pull on their reins which is cruel to stop the horse took off with my girlfriend on the beach with 100s of people my girlfriend was then thrown and crying everyone on the beach was terrorfied and has ended with my girlfriend having extreme PTSD

Horses were fairly typical of smaller Balinese types. Not sure where the term luxury fitted in but the two guides were very helpful. The beach was lovely. One of the horses tried to bite so keep your wits about you.

I am a solo traveler and booked for sunset slot. this experience was extraordinary, with beautiful sunset views and horses, with good service or communication via online,friendly guides , they really helped me on this trip with an obedient and energetic horse. Unforgettable experience while in Bali. the guide was also very happy to accompany me and take a lot of picture. I really feel happy with the beautiful beaches and the people around who are very kind and friendly. Really love that.

Amazing experience during a holiday in Bali, booked this experience yesterday via viator, I was very enthusiastic about seeing beautiful horses on the beach, booked in the morning with a calm and quiet atmosphere, the guide was very friendly and very helpful for this experience, they are also very experienced . they will be happy to take photos and make videos of us. I got lots of beautiful photos with horses. I will come back here another time. highly recommend this place

Tour never completed- scammed.

Stay well clear from this company, after double booking our group for the time slot selected they were very hard to communicate with other options available. After ultimately accepting we were unable to come to an agreement, I requested a refund on the basis of not being able to do the tour at all because they had already fully booked my time slot. This was met with a response of them being ‘unable to issue a refund based on a thorough investigation of all information provided’ This is simply not good enough, for a paid service which was not able to be carried out by the company- from issues on their behalf. I will never be using their service again and advise everyone else to look elsewhere.

Sorry for the unhappy I hope next time if you can cancel last minute provide reason. this custumer book For 7 am for 5 Person and ask to cancel at 4 am in the morning we allready pick up in the hotel at 6: 30 and we allready prepare the guide and Horse we allready reject many custumer all set up for experiance at 7 am and custumer say just want cancel without reason and no respon and 4 after custumer ask refund and we can't proces full refund so sorry

I saw the same kind of comment before booking but it was true. A horse was gentle but small and too old. He was 17 at that time and refused to walk, wanted to back to a stable. I was so sorry for him and felt so bad. The walking took only 45 mins but it’s ok cuz I felt like abusing that horse.

After booking I received a message that stated that the horses were not well and could only manage a certain amount of weight that was not disclosed during booking. As a result I had to go through several channels to inquire and finally receive an "approval" for my refund. Then after a couple of days receive an email that I would be refunded of all but $10.00. I do not feel that I was treated fairly for a service that I did not receive.

Booked through Bali tour company and was ripped off. Way overpriced at over $200 Australian dollars. Ride was a underwhelming walk along the beach for 45 minutes and advertised for 1 hour 10 minutes. Gave my husband a Pony to ride which struggled and was clearly too small for him. Guide took photos on his phone and expected 100,000 RPH for his trouble. Do not recommend.

Worse experience! Booked for 2 & paid fully but in the end said only left 1 available slot. Horse ride only for 30 mins not even an hour as promised & it was so expensive. Didn’t even refunded 1 of the cancelled ride still waiting. Strongly not recommended. !!

Thank you for your comment, sorry in advance but this is a last minute booking and we only have 1 horse left because 1 of our horses is still sick. We have given the opportunity to reschedule or we will give you a full refund, but you requested and want to be given 1 horse for 2 people, and your ride 30 minute and your husband 30 minutes as your request. I have provided the best service according to your request, and have provided a refund for 1 more person. We have evidence of your whatsapp message and proof of refunding for 1 person.

The ride was only 40mins instead of an hour as promised. The horse was probably not in good mood and my wife didn't have the opportunity to ride it in freely but guided throughout the 40mins ride.
